Phew, just got a message and transfer of shares have been made. We're done folks. Woot. Didn't get to do next round of div payments by hand, sad panda. =)

Those who sent div address have been paid (bit over 0.5 BTC).  Please confirm that I use address that I already have or a new one. I can't just send them. Especially those who use btco.co.

I agree. I think it is better that I send directly (without burnside) so he doesn't have to also do this by hand. I waited that something would happen, but no. So all I have left is to do is start calculating.

Share transfer could take a week, but that doesn't matter much. It's up to friedcat, and I heard he does them all just before dividends each week. I suspect he was broadsided by the avalanche of transfers this week, and this batch didn't get done.
 Dividends, however I think should be the priority. I paid up in a timely fashion, I expect the same respect, even for this small sum. 10 minutes should suffice to send 7 transfers.

Any updates? Don't have shares transferred, or divs yet :/

Yea, I've to. Friedcat hasn't still repllied, I sent him reminder email too today. But, for now we'll have to wait.

I can't promise to calculate them today, but tomorrow latest. I've to go in 1h, and lot to do.

Gabit - can you manually pay out the divs? For me it should be 0.02297025 x 12 = 0.275643 btc.  You can pay to the address that paid you for the shares (1GCCjv458V6GgGESFMCz6VeoLzveGwmhrd)

Just got confirmation on a transfer from near a week ago, so I bet there's a few to wade through before getting to this batch. I imagine we're still on track for before the rejoicing hour.

Is there a way to confirm the transfer without hassling friedcat? other than watching for the nectar to appear in my glass tomorrow? Will it be posted here?

So long as you let burnside know the shares are headed to his PT account, the form letter is the standardized method, as detailed in the pass-through's topic on these forums. and he did agree that it could be done with one letter for multiple people, if desired for ease, so long as the bottom line is amended to show each holder's account name and share count.

Let's wait one more hour for burnside to get back to me, if not I'll send what I can to friedcat, so I have less to do when those dividends arrive. Everyone gets em, when payment is cleared with burnside or you have already paid directly to me.

I have also observed other auctions/sales, and it is a safe assumption that you should basically get pm'd the fund receiving address signed by the share holder account. A receipt more or less. not saying anyone is trying to screw anyone, but it's a good practice in case of issues, and you should be familiar with signing & verifying messages with account keys

Agreed, I'm not using Burnside for escrow, just to transfer shares directly to my btc-tc account.  Just waiting for Gabit to post an address for me to send my payment to

did anyone see burnside's response to my proposal on page 2? he said the group transfer request is good, I will write and post the exact wording that should go to friedcat and burnside here if it will help, but I basically already did that in the post he approved of. burnside it's not escrow, just the holder of AM shares and manager of the pass-through & exchange. we would still pay the seller directly. and it seems to be common practice to sign the payment post with the address you pay from to cryptographically prove you own the account & initiated the transfer.

why are you guys paying burnside? That just creates extra work for him... pay the guy selling the shares...he just transfers them to burnside for us

Blatant self-promotion: Those who are willing to work with small game project (frontend: HTML5 / Backend: goLang/linux (language might change, depending on maturity of certain libraries))  with me, PM me. This project will need unit tests. All user input is considered hostile, and so forth. This just a short description of the project. If I find suitable coder, I'll make the road map, and more detailed plan with specific components + some time tables. We can then talk more what do you think about the project. Nothing fancy, dull, dull job, where quality is more important than features. But it pays.

This is a closed source project and all rights will be reserved, until further notice. We do it in parts, and you'll get payment from each completion. This will require your full attention for few months (set up time, few weeks). Bonus will be given for fast completion.
