Ok so i am having issues using these on windows cgminer, it just keeps saying no devices detected.
I have however been mining using bitminters application, any ideas anyone?

CGMiner has it's own support forum where you could post your questions. One of the developers even has one of these devices and has posted his suggested settings.
Just a crazy thought.
