Darn it is more profitable according to ascminervalue
The price too is so expensive which is hard to buy and I think only people with big farms can buy this miner.
The good thing about this miner it is noiseless because the cooling device is water.
Yes, it has better low noise and power consumption =  11xGPU with RX580 series also the price is cheaper but I doubt whether the features offered will be the same as the reality, especially about low noise.

At the rate they're pushing out these Equihash ASICs, it seems like this will only become obsolete in a few short months before they announce the next generation.

I don't understand why they easily tempted with cheap price, high hashrate, lower power consumptions also never re-check an official website who provided the ASIC. In fact, mining altcoins not as easy as they think especially how to get a profitable, maintenance, and keep for a long-term mining.

Interestingly, this miner is no longer available (just noticed that few min ago) on the manufacturer's website. Instead, the exact same model is now available at 180,000 Sol/s.

Everything else remains the same (energy, price, etc.).

Anyone has an explanation?

they upgraded their old scam to a new scam

Would be nice to get an official announcement instead of just a few words like the OP.

Either way, we all know that Equihash algo is completely gone for GPU users.

Unless ZEC decides to fork their algo, it will be mostly ASIC dominated just like BTC and LTC.

Poorer price performance and efficiency than the A9 Zmaster that's released a month ago.
Exactly my thoughts on this- funnily enough ASICminer even claims that this is the world's most profitable miner in the product description, which is true for now but doesn't change the fact that it's priced horribly and the Z9 is a better machine overall like you mentioned.

Besides that, we don't even have any recent evidence of ASICminer delivering any miners (haven't seen anything about them in BTC mining speculation), and they don't have much of a track record ATM. They say they have a BTC miner out but I assume it's basically vaporware as I've only seen a tweet from their headquarters that it even works.
