Yes lot of China vendors and suppliers do that with no problems, at this time I have one fake samsung galaxy tab 2 on the way from china with declared value $20 and description as "broken electronics". But no chance to do this from apple.com

Yeah, people see scam everywhere. Even on my site. Here in Slovenia is also 0% of fees but you pay 20% of tax and some small % in the customs office.
So there is the best solution to get only the hardware, no software, because sometimes they test hardware.

If you are able to get a full plane of electronics into the EU without a customs inspection, then well done dude, my advice would be don't bother with the ASICs & move onto bringing in high profit electronics from China and wholesale them, then enjoy your millions.

In EU we dont pay any ''+ Import taxes" for Computer Peripherals, only VAT(20% for me in Bulgaria).
