So, I've recently got a funding approval to start my own blockchain business in my country. I won't be able to disclose what the idea is or what we do for reasons I believe you all can understand. But being that as it may, I am getting 500k euros to start research and development on the core idea of my company.

All that being said, this is where I need your help. For our operation to run we need to have a bitcoin mining farm, and so far I'm considering buying 100 antminers s9 to get started mining and accumulating while developing the other technical aspects of the core idea, spending about 155k euros on the antminers (plus the psu's).

Now what I need your help is in how to build the data center. I've mined with 2 s7's before and an s9, but I did this at home, so I didn't had to deal with stuff like static pressure and how to handle the heat. I also don't know what kind of materials should I use in the construction of the data center, and this is where I could really use your help. Just a few tips and maybe guides on how to process all of this equipment in a room in order to obtain maximum efficiency at a low risk of any of the antminers ending up ruined due to poor handling of all the external factor.

As far as technics I have an electrician, a construction worker to help build the data center in what it needs, and a ventilation technician, all of them certified. As far as electricity costs, my country's main provider has a lot of different prices per kw/h, but it has special, let's call them packages for companies that use a lot of electricity and need a lot of amp power in order to pay a lot less. It also has what is called "empy hours" where you pay more than less than the base price of kw/h on specified hours of the day, so in base of electricity costs I guess it's profitable for my calculations.

Thanks in advance!
