As someone who has participated in many humanitarian initiatives and personally donated to a number of them, I don't think this is a good approach. You should not just ask people for money, there are legitimate organizations that deal with humanitarian aid whose purpose is to provide help to those who are most in need.

Another angle to look at is that you're effectively saying that those who want to support less fortunate people should just donate to you. Don't get me wrong, there are very charitable people in the world who have donated and done their part in aiding to those in need. However, we all know there are people who ask for money but are not genuinely in need of help.

If you need money for your family, I suggest you look to charitable organizations for assistance. That would be much more effective than asking others to give you money.

I am thinking of creating a campaign to donate encrypted money and Bitcoin to people in need, but how can I promote it as widely as I do not have social networking sites

The solution is straight forward, get access to creating one, you can contact others in that regards for help in your community, lastly you can pay developers in doing that for you.
Before creating such, you have to know if the community will accept your thread of donations, because donations thread is not something everybody can create without making a potential point or a reasonable point

I don't understand anything about Bitcoin and I didn't steal from anyone, they misunderstood me
To tell you honestly, I wanted to donate to those who are in need even though I am poor but still I wanted to help. Due to being unable to know if the community or a program whatever it is called can be trusted that the funds will be given to those who are in need. That is why they don't trust you even if your aim is to start a donation campaign. If you are going to accept Bitcoin as donation then if the campaign is not to be trusted then there is no way that the donated bitcoin will be recovered once it is sent to those who run the campaign.

it's not that they misunderstood you or that they are saying that you have stolen from anyone, it's just that they are cautious about the risk and that the money will just end up in a scammer's pocket. the forum is riddled with scams and just like what DdmrDdmr mentioned even a well-known member who created a charity program here in the forum has ended up scamming it.

Seeing your profile as a beginner prompt to doubt by anyone. The idea is a good one and will be very beneficial to many if it eventually works out. Try and follow up and make it a success if you’re really determined to achieving that, people are hard to trust this days. You’ll definitely get a guide for that by relating with high top members on the platform. I wish you all the best in achieving that.

A core necessary element is that people trust you, and that can only be obtained over time and interactions. I don’t mean the Trust on people’s profiles, but rather more trust in you. That is not something that is taken lightly, nor should it be, and by default, anyone wanting to manage other people’s donations, for whatever well intended reasons, is not going to have much of a chance without having a reasonable amount of personal trust.

There are some charities that have been run on this forum. Leaving aside the clearly scam intended ones, there are a couple of recent cases I recall:

Project Covid-19 : A Financial Aid - Only for Bitcointalk users!
💰Fundraising campaign-Feed the one who are affected by the COVID-19 🦠Pandemic
Bitcointalk Charity Program - Give Hope To Everyone!

All are run by known accounts, with varying level of Trust, and not exempt from issues in one of the cases. Newbie accounts have very likely close to cero chances of managing to pull off a successful charity.

I'm assuming the OP just wants to get help for himself and all the money raised will only go to him even though he initially said that to people in need [other than himself]. Check the last post, and it looks like something might to begging.

I have been trying for 5 years to work on faucets to support my family I wasn't earning a single dollar it's a waste of time I don't have any experience in mining or trading cryptocurrency so I asked for help.

OP, instead of asking for financial help on forums when you are still very new here, I suggest you study and study to understand more things about bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. It will help you sooner or later and there will come a time when you can make money with it when you actually do the right thing.

There are many signature campaigns that reward the contributions of users on this forum from the smallest to the biggest payers today. So if you really want to make money without having to beg and ask for help, then use your brain, - not your feelings and your inability to rise. That's much better.

I am thinking of creating a campaign to donate encrypted money and Bitcoin to people in need, but how can I promote it as widely as I do not have social networking sites
If the main purpose was to create a donation thread on this forum, no one will trust you unless you talk to some high ranked member of the forum who are into getting donations for the people in need of it but with what happening lately about some Bitcointalk charity fund moved by escrow. I think it will be hard to get it working now, you can still try your luck though.
How can I contact them
I know their username but if you send PM to them it won't deliver because most high-ranked members of the forum ignore PMs from newbies by privacy settings to avoid spamming their inbox. I will advise you to check the forum service section area where you'll find some previous charity/donation threads.

I am in the poorest country on earth, a country of poverty and wars
Regardless of the economic condition of your country, how safe or bad the security conditions of your country are, it is clear that people cannot entrust money to foreigners especially because you are a beginner.

Apart from that, you also can't force something like begging on this forum, it's not liked and can get you ignored, in negative tags and so on. I honestly think there are more people who really need it out there untouched by any kind of help, but when we entrust a donation to someone new to this forum there are consequences to consider. I hope you understand about that.

Do you intend to create a donation thread for those in need? If that's true, where did all the funds go?
There are so many attempts of scammers now in the name of donations, they get money easily and they are not 100% trustworthy. Then how can you define something different from the efforts of other scammers in the name of donations when you account are still a beginner?
