Sorry for moronic or ironic question.
Why do you support NXT, if you are Qora treasurer?

Let me answer this with another question:

Why do you think those two things can go hand in hand?

On the one hand I think NXT is an incredible innovative system, on the other hand I want to help QORA succeed and offer free escrow for funds.

Okay, I have a genuine question:

What is NXT doing in terms of community outreach? Admittedly I've fallen behind on my research and don't know much about the upcoming digital goods store, but aside from that, what steps is the NXT team taking to encourage interest from the general public?

Also, is there an android app available?

Thank you.

To be honest, we're fairly crap at marketing NXT, right now we're more focused on getting the business and financial world on board with NXT than the general public.
Head on over to the NXT official forum:
www.nxtforum.org
And take a look around......

There are plans to set up a 'NXT Guide for Newbies' and all of the individual projects within the NXT eco-system are doing their own marketing:
https://nxtforum.org/nxt-projects/
but we don't really have a centralised marketing campaign.

Android app should be available soon, AFAIK there are 2 app projects in the pipeline.

When do you think NXT will be = $0 ?
I'm going for never on this one.
Take a look at CMC today: NXT seems to be breaking free of the link to BTC that is killing many other all-coins: NXT is rising hard aginst BTC, and maintaining/increasing slightly in fiat value.
Good place to be right now.

If you intend to sell in a few weeks, don't bother, you will lose money guaranteed.
I can't agree. Who are we to judge? Anybody is free to invest as much money as they want for as long time as they prefer. Someone who bought NXT just two days ago, could sell today and make good profit.

themasknetwork, your questions are valid. let me try to answer them.

Why the heck did you killed the asset exchange 7 days after launch ?
yes, this was not a good move at a first look but it was necessary to motivate users to due diligence and keep the client
as neutral as possible. e.g. just showing the assets ( which order?, name, size, volume, etc.) represents an unwanted valuation
or scoring which is not good. for both, the investor and the client creators.

Are you going to do the same with digital good store. Just hide it  ?
looks like this is not decided yet but it could be that the same reasons are valid for the DGS but i am sure external services
like blockexplorers etc. will make them very visible. same btw, for the assets.

How can an artist sell anything when the price of NXT can drop 10% overnight ?
this is true and it still is until volatility calms down which needs time but this is a general problem for all cryptos here, even BTC.
of course a solution would be to wait until volatility reaches a level where purchases are better calculable but this is just wasting time
and deaccelerating dev speed. nobody really want this. instead, nxt is 'learning' until this stage is reached to provide a naturally grown,
ready to use and mature product.

How can an artist update the price for ...10.000 songs every day ?
it's all a question of demand. if there is demand for a batch updater someone will code one. nxt showed this capacity many times.
the current DGS (as all other features) are just cores of building blocks. code and product evolution will kick in and additional
features will complete those services just as needed to provide the most efficient usage. rome wasn't built in a day.

Why are you launching badly designed and incomplete products ?
while design dependys soley on personal flavour this question is invalid but regarding the second part. DGS is not incomplete.
you can be sure that additional features will add by time, just as needed (this is one big nxt strength, to react fast and efficient
if nessesary). also see the answer above please, providing a basic function core and looking to the usage and possible enhancements
makes sense. this way the product always meets users real-world requirements.

My questions:

Is it still possible to make profit owning the coin?

What is the lowest risk method of owning the coin?

Crypto currencies are high risk investments. Invest only what you can afford to lose.

The lowest risk method? Hm, just buy and hold for at least a year (it's a long-term investment, not a few weeks pump-n-dump kind of coin). If you intend to sell in a few weeks, don't bother, you will lose money guaranteed.

1. I have asked 5 questions on thread where the author has requested questions.
2. I received 5 retarded answers.
3. I came back to give some arguments.
4. The guy who gave me the retarded answers, tells me i am a "blatant troll" that is running a scam called MaskCoin.

No comments....Smiley)

Retarded questions deserve retarded answers, what did you expect? Smiley
