Hey guys,
I'm willing to create a new alt-coin for fun, my C++ skills are pretty low (who said non-existent?) but I could learn and/or be helped by someone else.
What are the first steps ? I've seen this tuto https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/complete-guide-on-how-to-create-a-new-alt-coin-225690 but some are saying they are missing parts.
Anyone could help me out on this ? By giving me links or partenering with me ? I could pay for (true) help. Have 50k doge, 3LTC, or I could also pay $
