I found this company in California (not sure where you are located), and they seem to offer a decent custom print service:

Thanks!

Hello doblezero,

I did s search on ebay and came accross this seller > https://ebay.ie/usr/security-products.

They are based in the U.K unfortunately not in the E.U anymore. while they have a lot
of tamper proof holograms listings it looks like they have some customisable products.
I have sent them an enquiry for something for myself I update here with what they come
back with.

any information is much appreciated, thank you

you can check this link below on alibaba where there are a whole series of sellers offering different solutions (both minimum order and product customization).
https://www.alibaba.com/trade/search?IndexArea=product_en&CatId=&fsb=y&viewtype=&tab=&SearchScene=&SearchText=bitcoin+hologram
these sellers are indexed with terms "bitcoin + hologram" so I guess they know very well why/what they are producing.
obviously it is impossible to know a priori their good faith (even if some have enough feedback to be trusted).
In these cases I would proceed with "minimum" orders such as 100 pieces to verify the quality and seriousness of the seller ...
Some sellers provide also product test for a cheap price, and generally speaking they are offering these holograms for few cents...

in my search (EU -ITALY) for a similar product I was able to find only this one online (and I admit that I should also turn to local printers to see if they have any solutions but I doubt about it, since I don't think are available locally or have a reasonable price)

Physical Bitcoin is the only way to stack
There is no easy answer here. It comes down to either spending 1800-3000 bucks for a known, reliable, america. Company to make them or using a Chinese or Indian company and spending a lot less but you have a lot of unknowns there. Is the company legit? How’s their quality control? Will they actually make and send the holograms once you pay them?  I’ve asked on here a couple times to try and get the guys who have minted several high quality pieces with high quality holograms to give me some direction / advice but I haven’t gotten much of a response so far
