There is a General thread about wallets ("Bitcoin Wallets - Which, what, why?"). Please ask any questions there.

Bitcoin is without borders, meaning you can send money abroad without fees associated with it. Which means that Bitcoin does not have a mediator (bank).

For me much better to use coins.ph even they are still not providing debit cards i still use  them and never had any problem withdrawing bitcoin and holding them..
The good thing you can choose what fee you want from small to big fee..

Wallets you can use or you can recommend to me like coins.ph? PH stands for Philippines so I want to know if there is a wallet that we can use for world wide? Just going to widraw it on different ATMs or like I saw an ATM for bitcoin?

Another Question: Is there a bitcoin bank? Because there is a ATM so I thought that there is a bank?

You need to research a little bit about bitcoin more. There is no bitcoin bank and to store your coins in online wallet is not safe. Better download mobile application for you smartphone and store your coins there. The best option is to hold you coin in hardware wallet. Check for ledger, keepkey and trezor wallets

Looks like you need to do alot more research buddy. Yes. Only use coins.ph if you're actually from the Philippines. Theres no point in using it if you aren't. Depending on what device you're using, I suggest Copay for android, electrum on windows, and breadwallet on ios.

Bitcoin doesn't have a bank. One of the goals of bitcoin is to have no mediator/s, not like Visa, banks, PayPal, the list goes on. Bitcoin has no boundaries on who you want to send money to, therefore you can send funds overseas without any extra fees(besides the transaction fees). We use crypto exchanges to exchange bitcoin for other cryptocurrencies or FIAT money.
