Your keys, your responsibility
If I could find out the addresses of these scammers I could hire somebody who arrest them.

The authorities have a complete service, starting from the team of investigators and arresters. Does your desire to catch these "scammers" do more than simply drag them to justice? All you need to do is make a report about your problem, or you can offer them the compensation you mean here privately so that your case is handled exclusively (outside business hours).

How, do I need to go to Finland?
If you find their license base country, then yeah you can report to local authorities.
What you need to know is that the majority of exchange businesses take offshore licenses because the countries where they operate are more complicated or don't allow the business at all. To make individual arrests, it may require the cooperation of several combinations of authorities.

I don't think they will answer such confidential info in a tweet without releasing a press release first, well, only if they want to send back those lock money of their users.

They are buy fake comments and even here on bitcointalk there are paid users who are praising the fraud company.

Interesting. Care to share these bitcointalk members along with a solid proof to back your claim? they will be tagged if so.
Would love to hear this as well, knowing what LBC did to its other users.

The fraud company Localbitcoins already stopped operating, because of their bad reputation.

That's why asking former employees likely won't provide much help.

What kind of bad reputation? sure they had negative feedbacks like every exchange but overall they were still at reputable/well-known tier.

It doesn't work that way op... there is a process.

There is still no report of people who have lost their money from LBC. It has stopped working, but it is a registered company and you can sue them if they do not return your money to you. Most of the people who were unable to recover their money had KYC problems.
There are --+ 26 victims crying here: Topic: Localbitcoins SCAMMERS !!! 26 accounts!!!

Tell them to return all Bitcoins to their rightful/owners.
I did not understand the point of mentioning this topic because it talks about a scammer who exploits influential accounts on LBC in order to deceive beginners, and the platform has nothing to do with that because the scammer is trying to circumvent the terms of use of the platform.

Can you prove that, because according to what I know, the main reason is competition.

It's likely he won't be able to provide much help.

First, he's resigned since March 2023 - from his linkedin,

Second, from my understanding, CTO's oversees the technology infrastructure side of the company so it's most likely that he has little to no clue to your questions as it's a different field.

I asked the CTO of the fraud company Localbitcoins what will happen to all the Bitcoins they locked from their users:

then what about your question to the CTO of Localbitcoins, do they give you good news or vice versa.

Do they want to return all the Bitcoins they have stolen and lock, if the answer they want to return all the Bitcoins they stole, don't forget to let us know here. I think I saw on twitter their response is bad.
