The second one is my personal addy from Rollin, i can login and access to this address but i can't sign message (or i don't know how to sign a msg from a dice site)

Well, you just can't. You can sign messages for addresses that you have complete control of your funds aka wallets.
That dont includes exchanger or casino addresses, these are not wallets and for sure you dont "own" them.

1. because then we can be sure it's your account and not hacked/sold/stolen as only you usually have access to the wallet you used to sign to proof the ownership
2. it's not enough to sign it you need to sign it from an old staked address else it's not sure if you are the real owner
3. still see point 1
