Congratulations... that was fast less than 24h after you able to sign the message.

Now better disable Secret Question password reset.

Edit: To disable just leave both Question and Answer fields blank.

Done importing my blockchain wallet on electrum, the problem is, it is not showing the address I used for my service.
I have 2 address, personal wallet and the other address is for the service I provide. The addresses my electrum wallet shows is my personal wallet address. Is there any other way on how to import my service address too?

According to your screenshot, it looks like you have multiple wallets (each wallet can generate multiple addresses) on blockchain.com.
If you want to import multiple wallets from the same seed phrase, you will need to manually set the derivation path in Electrum.
Look at the picture below:

Your first wallet (named Bitcoin Wallet) will have a derivation path as m/44'/0'/0'
The second wallet will have derivation path as m/44'/0'/1' etc.

Simply enter the derivation path manually in the Electrum Import Wizard, and your other wallets (addresses) will be available.

Done importing my blockchain wallet on electrum, the problem is, it is not showing the address I used for my service.
I don't have connection to my thrown away Blockchain.com wallet here so can not go to details to export it for you.

Generally, there are two methods to import or export a wallet
  • Do it for the whole wallet (with seed) that will give you access to all address in that wallet
  • Do it for a specific address in one wallet.

Now, assume you don't have any bitcoin in that wallet, just need to sign a message from a specific address. It seems you have a the address begins with 1, isn't it?

You can import that address with private key to Electrum.
  • File > New/ Restore > Next
  • Import Bitcoin address or Private key > Type the code with format as follows

Code:
p2pkh:Private Key for that address you need to use to sign a message

p2pkh is for address begins with 1. See details of 3 address types: Invoice address

Click on Info and you will get the guide from Electrum
Code:
WIF keys are typed in Electrum, based on script type.

A few examples:
p2pkh:KxZcY47uGp9a...       -> 1DckmggQM...
p2wpkh-p2sh:KxZcY47uGp9a... -> 3NhNeZQXF...
p2wpkh:KxZcY47uGp9a...       -> bc1q3fjfk...
If you have your private key, you can do it.

I can also send a video clip of my blockchain wallet interface to show the transactions I had with that bitcoin address if it can be a possible proof that I am the owner of the account.
Videos can be fake and moderators don't want to verify your videos.

The signed message can be verify by bitcoin wallets, by everyone, without any required skills to verify videos (that sure more complicated).

Do you successfully sign a message on blockchain.com wallet?

You can import your blockchain.com wallet to Electrum and sign a message.
Thank you I'll try this one.

It's a blockchain wallet address. Is it possible to sign it?

It says here that I have an unlimited bitcoin address...

Unfortunately, you won't be able to sign a message from Blockchain.com's wallet unless that address is one of the Imported Addresses (the old way of generating addresses on a blockchain wallet). You can find out whether the address is part of a regular wallet or imported addresses under 'Settings / Wallets & Addresses'.

If the address is part of a regular wallet, you may need to import your Recovery Seed Phrase into another wallet, such as Electrum, in order to sign a message. You can follow the instructions provided by tranthidung.

You have now the idea and help from a global moderator. It will be easy for you to recover your account now.

I just wonder did you try to reset your account using the secret question? Or someone knows your account and trying to steal it from you. If that the case then you really need to change your password once you gain access to it in the right manner so that hacker can have the difficulty in getting access to it or hacking the account. It would be good to chose the right password that would be a strong password.

Anyway, go first signing in to your btc wallet for the proof og ownership of the said account.

You should be able to sign the message, if its Imported Address just follow the steps below

Quote
This feature is currently only available for your Imported Addresses, but will be implemented for all addresses in the future.
To sign a message, go to Settings > Addresses, and scroll down. Choose which address you want to sign, and click More Options > Sign Message.

A small window will display allowing you to provide a unique message or signature that identifies you as the owner.

Your task is sign a message to your stake address. It will be simple if you still have access to that wallet.

I tried to find in Stake your Bitcoin address here and can not find your posts. I can not find any other posts that have a BTC address. The mentioned address is the only you have. Is it an address from an exchange/ gambling site? If it is like that, you can not sign a message.

I know I am violating another rule the time I'll be posting this(ban evasion)

This isn't a rule violation.  Even if you were banned (which it sounds like you aren't) you would still be allowed to create an alt and dispute your ban in the Meta board.  It looks like you have a path to a solution, regardless.  Good luck.

I don't know how long recovery takes but if you can sign a message I can unlock it.

The answer time at the moment is probably one or two days tops, rarely three if we're very busy. He's emailed us and since we've already started, I'd rather have him go through our process Smiley but thanks a lot for your help!

First of all you are not violating any rules since you are allowed to create an alt to request for unban or to unlock your account and post a topic in meta. So you are good here second...

Yes your account is locked because you used secret question to reset password... and if password reset via secret question is used, your account will be locked as mentioned below

Security log:
Today at 12:28:20 PM - Crypto-DesignService - password reset via secret question
Today at 12:28:11 PM - Crypto-DesignService - password reset via secret question
Today at 12:28:00 PM - Crypto-DesignService - password reset via secret question

2) If password reset via secret question is used, your account will be locked, and you need to follow Unlock your account process.  If the account is under your control, this feature is a drawback.  If it is hacked, you can use this feature to lock the account, but this case would be rare as the hacker likely to changes the secret question and you have another option to lock your account from email notification of email change within 14 days.

Follow these steps to unlock your account

1. Create a signed message using the Bitcoin address you staked to prove your ownership of the locked account.  Example:

Code:
-----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----
My account has been locked. Please unlock it. The current date is .
-----BEGIN SIGNATURE-----

-----END BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----

2. Before sending the signed message to mods, verify it by yourself with Brainwallet, Blockexplorer etc.
3. Create temporal Bitcointalk account by using a different email address.
4. Send PM to theymos, Cyrus, hilariousandco including the above signed message and the link to the post where you staked your bitcoin address.

AFAIK you're not got banned but your account is "locked"

I know this make you confuse because it said banned, but the real problem in your account is locked since you're trying to reset your password via secret question.

You need to follow this instruction to recover your account

Hello everyone as the title says, and I know I am violating another rule the time I'll be posting this(ban evasion) but I just want to ask for the rule I violated on the forum. I read the rules before posting anything.
