For all new B250 ME users:
THIS SHITTY BOARD DOESNT START WITHOUT A FAN CONNECTED TO THE MAINBOARD.
Now i feel better......

What a $%&%$ Motherboard. Tried 5 different Sticks and 1 ssd....nothing. They dont show up as bootable devices.
I use the USB Sticks (with simplemining) in other rigs, so i am sure they work. But not with this B250.
I am sure ME (Mining Expert) stands for Maximum Error...
I have an (very) old Stick with Windows 10.
This seems to work. Installing Win 10 now. Bah.

I feel like a noob. Now it works.
I got into the Bios. Replaced the same G4400.... no idea what caused the problem.
Now it doesnt detect the USB stick...(((( unbelievable.

I have got this mainboard and dont get any screen.
Changed CPU from G4400 to 6100T - same
Changed RAM - same
With 1 GPU in 16x Slot - same
With 1 Riser - same
Without any GPU and HDMI connected to the board - same
With G4400 the Keyboard light is on but no screen.
Power supply for sure is connected and Molex Power too.
Any hints?

did it beep when loading? if yes - something with vga
if there is no beep - try to reset your bios
otherwise might be bad mainboard, or bad cpu installation

Have you try it with on board GPU? Using HDMI monitor or using converter like this Changed CPU from G4400 to 6100T - same
