Ok i dont know how this happened but i tried oc again and pc crashed/restarted again. But when i started the miners again i noticed that it maintained the oc'ed values before the crash and it is working properly now. 78decC fan@75%  average khash/s : 805kh and 796.3kh.

Mmmmm yeahhhh....

You're OCing too far. Back down on the core and/or the mem clocks, and it'll be stable.

You'll more than likely find that clocking it down another 10MHz will make it stable for ~15-90 minutes, but will eventually crash again. Drop it another 10MHz and you're probably golden, but of course this is subject to testing and finding the limits for your specific cards.

I followed your advice and was able to get 760khash @ 1800 memclock and 1120 engine. Should i OC one card at a time or it doesnt matter if i oc them both at the same time? And i am using 1 card for display, does it affect the limitations of oc'ing?

Depending on what brand of GDDR5 the card is using, 1800 MHz may not be possible. I would just back down clocks some until stable, 15-20 khash/s is not going to make a giant difference.

I have seen some posts that most miners can oc their asus r9 280x dc2 top v1 and have 1800 memclock and 1160 gpuclock using i- 13 tc- 11200. I tried use the same values and i got around 800kh/s for 3minutes then my screen flickered once followed by a brown screen and freeze. Anyone here who knows what the problem might be?

Im using 850w seasonic bronze psu, 2x asus r9 280x dc2 top v1, amd cata 13.1 from techpowerup. Intel core 5 3.1Ghz and gigabyte 990fx for mobo. I have a vga connected to one of the GPU.
