The national bank of greece is going to depressing all time lows. It will either recover delivering good returns, or greece is going bankrupt pretty soon.

Anyone feeling lucky enough to bet some money on this?

Have you got a graph up to Aug 2015?

And surprise, surprise, banks were the worst affected.  Grin
Maybe the stock market could have opened after the crisis abated.

It seems like it has been a total disaster as expected. I mean did anyone really expect anything but big red numbers? This weekend was the last one to get all of your greece related stocks out of there.

This was indeed to be expected.. I guess 20% is still not too bad considering all the shit of lately..

Will investors pull out and move into bitcoin and gold?

There are strict rules to what kind of assets fund managers can buy. Money pulled out from stock markets cannot go into bitcoin, a bit into gold ETFs maybe. It's a completely different market and the scale is different.

Actually, I don't even think this is a genuine discussion  Angry

gold , i doubt so seems to be crashing, they would wait a bit more before entering there, bitcoin would be a better choice for their money, because i can't see many other alternatives for now

how silver market is acting at present? it might be a good option for them?

If the people start realizing the true power and potential of bitcoin there, it might be an excellent time for them to be involved in bitcoins. Apart from that, glad to know the re-opening of the stock market in Athens. A lot of people will be trying their luck this time hoping to change how things work out for them usually, and I hope the economy recovers soon and overcomes problems swiftly.
