@r34tr783tr78 is right, provide some proofs to make your claim more believable. The reason for providing evidence is to prevent false accusations from happening which is pretty damaging to any entity or person.
OP may have not provided enough proof in the scam accusation but Atomars are proven scammers. In this thread, there are about 3 users complaining about their funds getting locked up in the exchange with no hope of recovering it.

I sometime back created a flag against them. Please support it - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2745

You both need to post proof of your deposit without revealing any dangerous information. Scans of chat logs or emails will help you make your case too. There is also a scam format that you can use to make your case more readable: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-report-format-use-it-to-make-scam-reports-properly-260073
But there have been more recent complaints about atomars: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-exchange-atomarscom-5331690

Same here. I tried to send 65 USDT to Binance and it stuck for more than one month now. I also would say that this exchange is a scam. They don't respond on eMails.

I am unable to withdraw my funds from Atomars.

They go into "Moderation" and their info links say it should only take up to 24 hours.

Now that I want to withdraw about 4 ETH from there, no one will reply to my E-Mails and my withdraw just sits in moderation for weeks.

At first a small amount would not get approved and they actually replied to my e-mails about it and would pass my withdrawals through moderation but now that it is a large amount I wish to withdraw they will no longer process it.

They also claim to have "decentralized" wallets.  They give you a 12 word mnemonic for it.
I tried using the BIP 39 / BIP 44 tool on the mnemonic and was unable to find the address they gave me in the list.
So the "decentralized" wallet might not be decentralized at all.
