It's trustpilot that removed your review, not the exchange you are accusing. There's a possibility that you tried to spam with many negative reviews. One negative review is enough. Correct me if am wrong.
I didn't try to spam here. They just flagged my review and Trustpilot removed it. I filed a complaint and they still haven't addressed it

And about "Don't use internal swaps". I always use Changelly and Changehero, but too difficult do it through my phone, and I just hoped for the service of my wallet. Sooo u know what happened next

My point is about avoiding instant swaps in general including Changehero. Use exchanges like Binance, Kucoin. They do have apps that are so easy to use on mobile, and it doesn't take much time as you think.

I am saying this because I use them almost every day.

But they said just "It's ur problem" and they deleted all my reviews on Trustpilot, Sitejabber etc.

How can they delete your reviews on third party review sites?

I'm going to go so far as to call you a liar.  :/

He didn't lose all the $4,711. He lost only $100 probably through some stupid  fees or market rates. Using authorities to chase just $100 would be pointless as OP could have to spend a lot more just to hire them.
My bad. But then I wonder how much did he lose when the btc he withdrew 2.5 weeks ago that he didn't received.

Regarding using authorities I guess you're right but if he's able to use them without spending too much money I'd say go for it.

I always prefer to exchange currencies through exchanges and not through internal wallet swaps/exchange.
Ain't that the truth, even if you're talking about one of the more reputable "instant exchanges" like Changelly.

And beware at times like this when bitcoin is white-hot.  This is when all the scammers start coming out of the woodwork to get their hands on people's money, especially newcomers drawn into the world of bitcoin precisely because its price is on fire.  They're the ones who likely don't know all the things you shouldn't do--through no fault of their own; it's just their inexperience.

I've used the Atomic wallet before, but never any of their partners (which I'm assuming is what this thread is about).  Nor will I.  There are enough legitimate exchanges out there such that you shouldn't have to resort to using shady ones.  I've done it for obscure altcoins that don't trade on the major ones, and I've often paid the price for experimenting with ones like HitBTC, Coinswitch, and a few others.  It's not worth it.

@OP you know you can always try and bring this issue up to the authorities and see what they would advise you to do. $4711 is not a small amount and if this happened to you it's possible that this has happened to others too that uses their services and the only reason it is not wildly known is that, just like you said, they delete reviews.

@OP, such exchange services are never good. Well, they might look like they are going to make your exchanging process and experience very easy but they will always charge you heft fees. Your problem is similar to what this guy also went through.

Did you lose $100 or the full amount  $4711 which you deposited ?  I think you can cash out the amount appearing in your wallet however they will not return you the 100$ as they will always swap the currencies at a expensive rate above the market to get profits. I always prefer to exchange currencies through exchanges and not through internal wallet swaps/exchange.
he mentioned on his post that he withdrew his BTC and never received them

They didn't refund me anything. I told about Atomic wallet and his exchange into the wallet (through Changenow).
First I was trying to solve my issue directly through the mail. But they said just "It's ur problem" and they deleted all my reviews on Trustpilot, Sitejabber etc.

Is this scam because you losing all your coins or is it the hidden fees that they withdraw from you?
Atomic wallet and swap is scam beacuse they give you good exchange rate and when you want to withdraw you will find it less than other exchange.
If you lose the entire amount contact the support team, but for small amounts, they report them here and all will stop using.

Can you please clarify on what kind of service you used. Atomic exchange?

If it's one of those instant swap exchanges then I would suggest you avoid using them at all. They always have those hidden fees which you won't notice until the last moment. To avoid such heart breaks, try using the usual spot exchanges. Time spent trading on them would be worth saving the $100

These are scammers who stole almost $100 from me on the exchange and hide behind the fact that the exchange rate always fluctuates. I deposited $4711 in USDT and exchanged $550 for XVG (tx/0xf324373ebeefdb96ab8aa52de82801e04fcca63fa8af0f2ae18da1cb24bffd3e), $110 on RVN (tx/0x07618a0bc03d57c9a192a4bfe4bca6734f3dbf69abd24df47f472a05acd9da99) and $2000 per BTC (tx/0xee04a1bcb8a9aa2507622619a6ab2a8084fc221638443db81bf236ac9e2b2209) via internal exchange. The commission of each transaction was approximately $11.85 and the total amount was $35.
I know perfectly well what a flat or fixed rate is and Atomic provided me with a rate based on which: I earned $1 on BTC and lost $5 on XVG and RVN. But in the end, $4,584. 17 came to my account (there is a screenshot from the monitor). I asked Atomic where they lost my $100, to which they replied that it is incorrect to measure cryptocurrency in a fiat currency. Then what the hell, these scammers indicate your balance in fiat currency and commission in fiat currency? I lost $100 on the transaction, not because of the jump in the exchange rate and not because of the commissions, they just disappeared and the service does not explain it in any way, referring to the fact that everything was translated correctly.
P.S. 2.5 weeks ago I withdrew my BTC, by the way, I never received them.
And they delete my reviews everywhere
