The port you should be portforwarding is TCP/8333 and you have to find your own internal IP address. To do that, you have to go to System Preferences>Network and press the tab which you have connection to on your Mac. You should see your internal IP there.

Thank you very much for your attemp to help me..I've tried everything per your instructions and the link - the Xbox 360 setup NAT/ game created 4 ports and pass through still no prevail...
I did some research, apparently AT&T hide and close my ports base on the description below...it's late and I'm very tired. I've tried for the last 3,4 days. I hope somebody here could help me to finally open my bitcoin full node, it would be nice ! As I understand it, I may be able to purchase or rent for private IPs from AT&T . I would hate to give them that satisfaction...
None of my ports work for bitcoin, they are all hidden via a private subnet, so literally the internet cannot see them. They use one of the few private IPs available, completely non-routable for other computers trying to connect directly ( https://www.arin.net/knowle... )
