Forgone conclusion here, the OP posted this like more than six months ago, information is very vague. He said he tested some shitcoin never got into his wallet claims it was hacked and never came back.

Obviously, this is a dead exchange and sooner or later they will be out of business or probably is on the exit. And this is another lesson why we shouldn't trust shitty exchange out there. Fake volumes, wash trading and scams.

The TOKOK volume that is the token or coin of that exchange is 0.
Probably he is referring to the exchange, also I wonder why people using this weird exchange while there are lots of good ones out there, and why cmc listing this kind of exchange in the very first place.

To op please try to contact their social media accounts, and dm their twitter handle https://twitter.com/Tokokcom maybe they might respond somehow.
This is what ive been wondering why there are people who do end up on using up these weird exchangers yet there are lots of better options than on this one.
About for CMC on listing this one then we cant do anything about it,yes, its a bit misleading specially to newbies but i doubt that they havent able to follow their exchange listing
criteria yet even having those near zero volume is being listed out.

Was this exchange actually hacked? Is the volume displayed in it reliable Huh The TOKOK volume that is the token or coin of that exchange is 0.
I do also checked but it didnt give out any numbers https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/tokok/ Basing on ranking this is rank 2212.

I dont know if OP's situation is real or just simply shilling out this shit exchange. Cool

Can you give us more details? There are a few possible reasons why this happened.

1. You copy-pasted the wrong address.
2. You have some malware in your device whereas they replace the address that you copy-paste(though I think this malware is more for bitcoin and eth).
3. They sent the coins from your deposit address to their cold storage.
4.  They really got hacked.

If you deposited a significant amount(probably not, as you said you deposted just to test the exchange), and they're not replying to your complaints, I really suggest pushing this to Reddit r/cryptocurrency. Sometimes you just need to give them negative publicity for them to actually do something regarding your complaints.
