This is totally absurd, not to say ridiculous loan request. If someone owns a building with such value and not in IDR, IRR, LAK, etc but in $ or any other major currency, why ask here for a loan?! He can easily go to a bank and get it in a split second. We all know though that OP here saying just bs...
