This is a serious auction, but I doubt it will gain any traction considering the high price and strict auction terms. I still thought I'd try here first before selling at the local coin shop, which I'm not too fond of.
Also, a number of my previous auctions included tracking info when I shipped them out, and I want to be clear for my own safety that I don't keep these items at home or at the return address listed on the tracking info.
