Chris gave these out in the Xmas 2019 Slack raffles. So, that said, I'm assuming they are 2019's (I have one as well). 
ahh ok that makes some sense, I won an auction or raffle a while back for some sealed ones it was 2 packs of 2018 and 2 packs of 2019 - hence why I was asking as I dont see any external means on any of mine to tell which is which - I just opened em so I could put the coins in airtites anyways.

I believe these are from 2019, but there is no way to be sure until someone breaks the plastic seal.
one of them appears to have been partially opened. and yes unless kept track of from when they were purchased there might not be a way to tell without opening them.
