You are bidding separately on Suites 08/21 and 09/21. Not every suite will be available to the public.

All stones included are natural, earth-mined & sourced from reputable suppliers in Los Angeles and San Diego’s Diamond Districts.

Emeralds: Columbian, Natural, Round, Faceted, Sized 0.20ct. to 0.23ct. with a diameter between 3.85mm and 4.2mm. Good symmetry with medium color intensity. Stones have already been installed at random.

Diamonds: Natural, Round; excellent cut, Color: G, Size ranging from 0.25ct. SI1’s to 0.27ct. SI1/SI2’s. 3.9mm to 4.1mm diameter

Rubies: Natural, Round, Faceted, Color: Red, Color Intensity: Intense, Symmetry: Very good, Transparency: Transparent, Tone: Dark, Sized 0.32ct. to 0.33ct. with a diameter between 3.9mm and 4.1mm.

The auction end times (1pm & 2pm Pacific) will coordinate with the official bitcointalk clocks hour/second hand, and not the countdown timers.

The auctions will end at the time stated above unless there is a bid placed in the final 5 minutes of the auction. If a bid is placed within the final 5 minutes of the auction, the new auction end time will be 5 minutes after the last bid. (i.e. if a bid is placed at 12:57pm, the new auction end time is 1:02pm) The auction end time will then extend 5 minutes ad infinitum until no new, valid bid has been placed for 5 minutes.

I may exclude bidders, or require a deposit for any bidders at my discretion.  If you are a new account but a previous customer of mine, please PM prior to bidding to introduce yourself.

Forum downtime:  If the forum goes offline in the final 4 hours of the auction I may extend or relist the auction.

Suite 05/21 was scheduled next, but one of the housings was lightly damaged during assembly and will be rebuilt with a new housing. It may be auctioned at later date. I caught the issue before the loc-tite had set on just one of the four screws, (prior to drilling) allowing me to pry up the retaining ring and slide the coin out unharmed.
