with the addresses, you can't check them against anything, that's why the cert is important to people as it allows them to load it as a view-only wallet to check the balance etc. (Not that 99% of the people even know how, they just "feel better" having it TBH...
(What people DON'T get is that if it's
a coin from smoothie and it's an XMR coin NOT lasered UNFUNDED or BUYER-FUNDED, it's guaranteed to be 99.999% funded - Smoothie has only
ONCE fucked up like that, and that was with a high end set of King kahemana BTC coins, so you can pretty much assume ANY untampered-with lealana XMR coin is loaded - Also, the docs are NOT required to redeem it either, and are not PGP signed, they are signed by software he never got around to releasing, so there is that too)
If you loaded the coins yourself, you will likely find they were given to you in the order you funded them (I'll have to double check that with my own records here in a bit sorry(?) but i'm 90% on that one & they are likely numbered in the order "going up" like if you have coins #410 and #415, then like #475 (with no weird/off numbers) #475 should/would be the third one you funded, so in all likelihood you could probably assume those addresses are correct using that manner looking at wallet history, but again, it's moot without the view key...

[email protected], I would chalk this up to really bad customer service at this point, as he recently resurfaced here and replied to an old off-topic question I had asked him like last summer.

Edit - Another thing - I recently helped out a member with a 100 XMR Lealana coin-peel with no docs. He peeled, sent me the privkey over 2 diff systems, I loaded it in the wallet, then sent him the 100 XMR minus his gift/donation... No issues!
