What gets me is, even if you "re-gift" the card to someone that buys it. You still have the pin number and everything. Shit, you can print it off and use it before you sell it.
SO, why would someone pay you $50 so you can go have a massive meal at burger king before they can actually go out and use it themselves?

I don't think that Gyft works that way, once you properly regift a card through their system you are revoked access to the card. It would be pretty bad if anyone who's ever used the card would have permanent access to it.

Or do you know otherwise? Feel free to correct me.

Is there an expiry date? I really don't see myself using a giftcard to Burger King more than once a month if I really try (and it's the only fast food place in the village, and it's probably my favorite fast food place within 50 miles..... God, I miss Bojangles so much Sad).

It costs about $5 for three of us to eat at BK, so... that's a long time to hold onto it. It'll probably lose a significant amount of value just to inflation. Cheesy
Gyft cards don't have an expiration date as far as I'm aware. I'll check with Gyft customer support to make sure of this and i'll update this when I get a response.

Also, whoah. $5 for 3 people? Here in Virginia it's $5 per meal! Ain't seen a place cheaper than that. Where do you have such cheap food?
Daughter's two, so she'll only eat a sandwich and a half (which seems a lot for someone who weighs 30lbs, but whatever). Wife'll eat a sandwich and a bite. I'll eat two and a third. Five sandwiches, $5 (excl. tax). Fries and drinks are a racket. Tongue
Oh, I thought you were referring to meals.

Here is the response I got from gyft.

→Hello. Do Burger King Cards on Gyft expire?

krystle: Hey Michael!

krystle: No, they do not

→Thank you.

(Just if anyone is wondering, i've been browsing these forums for a very long time but only now do i have incentive to register.)

I got a $~72 burger king card on Gyft i'm interested in selling for BTC. yes I realize you can just go buy it straight from Gyft, but here you can get it a little bit cheaper.

Escrow: Yes, since I just registered to sell this I encourage you to use an escrow. Don't have to trust me.

Escrow conditions: You give me your Email address, I send it via Gyft, once you redeem it and verify it's safely in your account, the escrow releases it to me. (I get notified via email when you claim a gift card)

I also got it on LocalBitcoins if you want to use their escrow. https://localbitcoins.com/ad/75343/cash-out-your-bitcoins-burger-king-gyft-gift-card

You chose an escrow.

Does that sound good?

Happy bidding!

(please be reasonable)
