Terms:
1. Escrow accepted (John K. preferably)
2. I want payment of 10% upfront of selling price, to lock in interest, rest 90% goes to escrow
3. Escrow fees is split between buyer and seller 50%-50%
4. I am not liable is Avalon does not deliver - the sale still holds - this is merely your change to get a batch 3 unit if you missed the original sale
5. I will not open the unit, and put it in a larger box and ship to you, insured shipping is included in sale price. I will take video of the process and you are covered by insurance. In any case, all these can still be faked I guess, so essentially you will have to trust me no matter what. If there is a proposal to make it even more scam proof, I will comply to that.
