Well no one raised last minute it seems.

I'll gladly pay 21 BTC. Almost twice what BitPride is currently trading at.
Still way below valuation.

Congratulations NamWorld.

I will message you with details on how we can finalize our deal.

I'm interested, but also have a full time job that is very demanding.

What kind of hours would you expect are need by the new owner(s) to keep the site going as is?

How much work would you expect is necessary to grow the site further?

Thanks.
To keep the site running as-is the owner would require at-least 10 hours a week to fill orders.

One month of full time/resources dedication to automate the site is all that's needed to make it turn key, and have the orders fill themselves automatically.

Thanks for your question.

Sale proceeds will be split evenly among all 50,000,000 shares.

If this auction can't produce a serious buyer we will consider the various private offers that we have already received.

Are private bids/offers valid for this auction? I cannot compete when I cannot see where the bids are at. Plus any bid should be posted so other participants can raise bid.
Hello Namworld,

I have pondered on this a bit and have come to the conclusion that it's best if I route for all private offers to this auction thread, or make the bids on their behalf.

You are right, you cannot compete with bids you cannot see.

My apologies for not being clear enough at the beginning of this thread.

It would be good to see at a minimum where bidding/offers are at.
You are currently the highest bidder.

I am sending out an email to the people who have emailed me asking them to post their minimum offers in here if they wish to be counted.

OP, can you tell me how many orders were generated through the website in a month?
This month (November) we have generated over $300 in sales thus far. Unfortunately sales have been down due to our eBay account was recently getting shut down because of some charge-backs related to our Block Erupter sale combined with customer returns that lost 50% value in the first 3 weeks of their sale.Besides the recent problems we've had, eBay has been a massive driver of business to us and would encourage the buyer to relaunch the shirts on eBay under a working account.

Say592,

The price of BTC should not affect the outcome if your BTC-denominated BIDS....

The site has valuation of well over $80,000.00.

It's quite honestly worth a lot more than the 12.5 BTC you were bidding.... Please try to not interfere with any more auctions if you do not wish to bid....

Really? You are going to talk down to me offering and retracting a 12.5 BTC by saying it is worth much more, then show no such expression when someone offers you 3 BTC for it? Revenue does not equal value, especially when you had no more than one month’s financial statements. You can claim whatever you want, but when you show one month’s financial statements, and it just so happens to be a month where you made most of your profit, that is a little odd. It was worth a $2500 gamble to me, not a $4500 gamble. Point taken though, if I participate in any future auctions, I will wait until the end of the auction to avoid any potential movements in price.

If he no longer requires the shirts after he sells the business. Then he might as well take the higher bid.

The buyers will have the opportunity to review our ledgers before purchase..

Company has been generating profits for almost a year (documented on Bitfunder).

All revenues are legitimate and properly documented in Outright (book keeping software), and the Magento backend.

I'll put in a bid of 3 BTC for the business without the $800 in merchandise.

Including:
- Domain
- Website (including existing database)
- T-Shirt design vectors
- Web graphic source (ie logo vector, banner PSDs etc..)
- Ebay account/analytic account

* Bid should be considered null/void if price of bitcoin fluctuates more than +-25% it's current bitstamp price ($343) at the end of the auction.

I have a 10 BTC bid which is still upheld.

I have some experience with printing and dealing with printing shops. Put me down for BTC12.5.

@say592 Given the recent rise in bitcoin price, does this 12.5BTC bid still stand?

@OP
Does the auction also include the ebay store/account?

Are you open to the possibility of bids for business without the "$800 of merchandise"?

I gave it a lot of thought this weekend, and I dont feel all that comfortable with 12.5 BTC with the recent increase in value. Consider my bid retracted.

Ignored. Don't make promises you can't keep.

Are you open to escrowing until the domain, all of the IP, all accounts, and the remaining inventory are transferred?
The domain, graphics, and accounts can be transferred in 1 day. The shirts will be shipped the day after the auction and you will have a tracking number associated with them. I would prefer to not have to pay and escrow fee or wait for someone else to handle our money. I have been a member of this community for over 4 years, I'm not going anywhere. If you would like to do half the payment b4 and half the payment after you get your tracking number for the shirts I think that sounds reasonable, but if an escrow service is an absolute must (I don't think it is) then we can find someone who we both trust.

Hope this answers your question.

I love BP's design. But srsly the whole thing is too expensive for me to purchase. You see with price tied to Bitcoin we are paying for 40USD per shirt excl. shipping. This is the main problem.

PS: consider launching your site at group buy site like coinforest for some boost on views and revenue, Mr new owner
Where are you getting that conversion from?

The shirts are $20 USD a piece, orders of $100 or more get free shipping…

1 Satoshi Grin

I raise to 1 billion satoshi (10 BTC)

Would like more information about suppliers/costs/time/etc for running the business.

Through trial and error we realized the only way we would ever be able to do high volume and actually scale our marketing would have been to automate our entire backend ordering & delivery process.

We hit alot of road blocks when our volume picked up, and instead of enjoying our profits and scaling our marketing efforts, we spent 80% of our time dealing with shirt printers, shipping/tracking, and handling of backed orders. Luckily we found some amazing partners who do big volume at short notice and the issues with backed orders are gone.

The key to making Bitcoin Pride a multi-million dollar company is to automate the entire ordering process. Both of our key printing partners have API's that we can connect to automate the orders. All this will require is a competent Magento coder, serious development budget, and coffee, lots of coffee.  Smiley

We currently have a partner who created a "product engine" application which allows users to create custom hats, hoodies, jackets, and a variety of items all from an easy to use graphical UI. I will be including a growth strategy PDF for the winner of this auction, I have a lot of ideas that will cut you time and make the business more money.

Thank you for your interest.

BITPRIDE AUCTION ENDS IN...

Bitcoin Pride is the premier Bitcoin T-shirt marketplace.

First Place on Google for Bitcoin Shirt

Google Analytics

BitPrides eBay store has generated $15,694.53 in sales

Bitcoin Prides web shop has generated $2,620.00.

In person BitPride has sold $2800.00.

.

Why am I Selling?

Due to the recent regulatory environment on Bitfunder, I can no longer continue to list the BitPride asset.
To add to this tense situation my full attention is being needed more and more at UpTweet and I am forced to prioritize..
This creates a solid opportunity for anyone looking to buy an operating business and grow its existing profits.
The winner of this auction will have the option to delist the asset, or re-list it on Bitfunder (if non-american) at a fair market rate.

Included in This Auction: Over $800 in merchandise shipped directly to you

Bidding Instructions

Bidding will end 15 days from this listing with the highest bidder winning the auction.
Private bids/offers for the asset are always welcome.
