Normally when you sell a site you bid a 6-12 month profit range. You're losing money, why would anyone pay $1,300 for it? There are already free btc lotto scripts available.

Ok I hate to be the mean person but if your selling a site, you never factor in the time you spent coding. The value of a site is based on how much it makes and how many uniques you get. Good Luck, if you get a realistic price (preferably in the ~20 - ~40btc area)  hit me with a pm cause I am interested.

The 100BTC is a conservative amount and obviously subject to different evaluations:
1. Domain names, btc-lotto.com and dvc-lotto.com
2. 3 months remote support.
3. Ownership of the source code.
4. Installation support

Developing the source code takes time, testing and validating that it works in a real live environment, even more.

If you are an experienced programmer with lots of free time, then surely you'll be able to develop this in a few weeks in your spare time and this auction is just a question whether the domain names are worth that amount or not.

If you are a busines person or a skilled programmer with little free time then your calculations go differently. 100BTC are currently ~1350 USD. What do you pay a reasonably good programmer with a proven track record to develop and maintain a secure financial web application per hour?  Assuming you'ld say 25 USD/hour - which is ridicilously little - then that gets you roughly 54 hours   (1350 USD / 25 USD per hour).   54 hours is (for me at least) just a bit less than a normal working week. Now put that into context, I believe the 100BTC is a very low fee, assuming you are looking at it from a business perspective.

Well then how are you getting to 100 btcs? That is what I am trying to figure out, cause your not giving me a server, it doesn't make any revenue, I am would really be taking a hit, and be in the hole already for ~150btc (after all cost and refilling deposits). Can you revalue this site to something realistic?

To make this very clear: The page is not making enough revenue to even pay of the electricity of the servers at this point in time. It requires substantial efforts to market and promote.

What you are getting is:
 - the code
 - the domains
 - proven record that the code works
 - a (few) registered users
 - assume currently no active players

As for the usage, it's been very little due to the obviousl lack in marketing activities.

Some metrics I can provide:
375 bets placed so far on dvc-lotto.com
275 bets places so far on btc-lotto.com

Due to lack of time I decided to offer the two sites btc-lotto.com and dvc-lotto.com for sale:

What you get:
 - source code and the rights to do anything you want with any part of the code
 - ownership in the domains: dvc-lotto.com, btc-lotto.com
 - 3 month remote support on any technical issues related to the code
 - existing databases of users and the balances of their accounts (balances are neglectible, registered users on dvc-lotto.com ~100, btc-lotto.com < 20)
 - my support to get the code up and running on your server

What you don't get:
 - the jackpot funds, you need to top up the jackpot with your own funds
 - anything not specifically listed under "What you get"

What you need:
 - a linux based server (VPS also works) with at least 3GB (guaranteed) memory
 - a remote site/server to push the backups to
 - basic Linux knowledge
 - basic/good Ruby knowledge
 - basic/good MySQL knowledge

Should you not have the necessay skills to technically run the platform, but you believe you have the necessary marketing skills
to get this site to a much more successful level, feel free to propose a 'Joint-Venture'.

I am taking offers starting at 100BTC (or equivalent amount in DVCs), I reserve the right to close or cancel this auction at any point in time.
