I was going to auction some Silver/Golds, but after that low price might be time to wait a while.

Can't judge the sale price of a goldie based on a silver tenth! You know you want to list some! I love me some goldies

Congrats! What a price for a Casascius tenth  Shocked
Wow. And I thought I got a raw deal when I got 2BTC for my cas ms68 tenth.

The cas market (and to a lesser extent, the lealana market) was fairly hot over the summer and it seems it has cooled off somewhat recently.

These coins still have a lot of historical value and none of the copycat physical coins come close to these coins. To someone that can hold onto these coins for a long time, this is a great time to buy.

no you might consider other auction end times (CET or UTC) next time. I tried to stay awake but had no chance  Sad. My personal limit was 1.6 - 1.8 for this one. I want to smash my head against the wall for not getting it for such low rate..

I agree on this one, I would have liked to bid on this as well but I just can't stay up till 3am on a Thursday night.

Either way, congrats LC!

FWIW, willing to pay 0.5 BTC premium to the buyer if they can track down the custody chain for this coin. Time wasn't on my side for this one but I'm not giving up yet Cool

Usually don't go for slabbed coins, but hey! There's a second time for everything...

I could possibly get PGP chain on this coin. I am the second owner, but would the chain be broken due to ANACS?

I'd still take it. The mailman doesn't have a PGP key, and ANACS at least claims to have the coins on video from the time they arrive to the time they depart.

If you can swing PGP docs for this coin, I'll be winning this auction

Alright, I will reach out to the original owner and see what can be done.
