Congratulations, greenplastic!  Check your PMs for my message.

Thanks to everyone for bidding.  This auction was to help fund our sticker business and is going to help immensely with production and marketing expenses.  I can't thank you enough for your participation.

To greenplastic, I'm putting a couple stickers in your package so you have an idea of the quality of our stickers.  With funds from this, I'll be upgrading our printing hardware, ink and media so your stickers will be even higher quality and more UV resistant than what you receive.

Thanks again, everybody.  This is just the beginning.  Smiley

Kind Regards,
Joel

I know this is last minute, but if the winning bid is a single bidder for 2BTC or up, I'll also include free die cut sticker printing services with your own designs for you or your business.

You would be getting your choice of 100 XL, 200 L, or 400 M waterproof stickers and 1000 small regular stickers.  This may be substituted for a $1,000 digital gift card at StickerBuddies.com to be redeemed whenever and however you want.

XL Sizes are up to 9.5" x 6"
L Sizes are up to about 6.5" x 4.5"
M Sizes are up to about 4.5" x 3"
S Sizes are about 2.5" x 2"

The waterproof stickers can be used on your vehicle and are good for outdoor or permanent use where they'll be exposed to the elements.  I have one on a coffee mug that goes through the dishwasher pretty regularly and looks as good as when I first put it on.  These are resistant to UV and should not fade in the sun, but some extreme cases of all day direct sunlight exposure may cause colors to fade as soon as 6 months to a year.  If this happens in under a year and a half, just send me a couple photos and I'll provide free replacements for all affected stickers.

Regular stickers are not recommended for outdoor use or cases where they will be exposed to water or elements.  They'll be fine if you spill water on them or you have them on a notebook that occasionally gets rained on, but they will eventually break down if left outside or run through the dishwasher multiple times.

All winners, single or group bid, will receive half off sticker printing services for life and an automatic smiling discount regardless of winning bid amount. (50% off at StickerBuddies.com)

Joel

Took some new photos without the flash but still good lighting from all angles.  It's hard to take photos straight on because I can't find my tripod, but I think these new pictures combined with the old ones and the video in HD do a pretty good job of showing what everything looks like.  Smiley

Ugh... This auction format is too confusing if you only want 1 item. What is the top bid for the bearer bar?

No bids for just the bearer bar yet.

2nd place is dazedfool with 0.5BTC for the 2 silver 10s
0.5BTC for both 10's

Still no bids on the bearer bar, 25, 5 and 1BTC pieces by themselves.  To take top place with dazedfool's bid, the combined bids for the bearer bar, 25, 5 and 1BTC pieces would need to be 1.3BTC

Edited OP to put the reserve for split up bids at the top instead of only in a sentence.

I think you can bid on individual items as per his examples..if so then

  0.1BTC for the silver/gilt 10BTC CAS coin

Yeah seems you can just trying to still figure out how this is going down haha

Yes, you can.  Basically, the combination of bids that adds up to the most at the end of the auction is the winning bid.  Bid on whatever you want.  I'll update with the top 2 highest combined bids every so often.  About to go to sleep soon, but I'll do one before I go to sleep and another when I wake up.

So as of right now, the winning bid is 1.7BTC for everything:

1.7BTC

2nd place is 0.2BTC for the silvers:

I will bid 0.2BTC for both redeemed cas 10 coins.

I think you made a small mistake in example 2:

Quote
example 2: User A bids 1BTC for the two silver coins, User B bids 1.5BTC for the bearer bar, User C bids 2.6BTC for everything, User D bids 0.2BTC for the 25, 5 and 1BTC pieces.  Users A, B and D win with a combined final bid of 2.61BTC

Which should actually read:

Quote
example 2: User A bids 1BTC for the two silver coins, User B bids 1.5BTC for the bearer bar, User C bids 2.6BTC for everything, User D bids 0.2BTC for the 25, 5 and 1BTC pieces.  Users A, B and D win with a combined final bid of 2.7BTC

I will bid 0.2BTC for both redeemed cas 10 coins.

It might help to separate the items into lots Smiley Eg: Lot A: Cas 10 coins, Lot B: Bar, etc.

lol...Thank you.  Fixed the math. My original example added up to 2.61, but then I changed User D's bid to simplify it and forgot to update the total.

I didn't want to restrict any combinations, so I didn't divide them into lots.  I'd much rather sell everything together, but the option is there to mix and match.

Agreed. The current system is a bit confusing. It would be easier to divide them into lots and let users bid on those accordingly. It'll save a lot of confusion.

Any bids placed in the final 30 minutes of auction end will extend the auction by 30 minutes.

You are welcome to bid on individual items, but please read the next statement and examples carefully.
If the auction ends and the total combined highest bids for all items in the auction is not equal to or greater than 1.8BTC, those bids are invalidated.  This does not apply to those bidding on everything.  Winning bid will be the highest combined bid(s) for everything.

example 1: User A bids 1BTC for the two silver coins, User B bids 1.5BTC for the bearer bar, User C bids 2.6BTC for everything.  User C wins with a bid of 2.6BTC

example 3: User A bids 1BTC for the two silver coins, User B bids 0.75BTC for the bearer bar, User C bids 1.7BTC for everything.  User C wins since users A and B are invalidated for having a combined total of less than 1.8BTC

  • 1 Troy Oz .999 Fine Silver 10 Bitcoins Coin with silver B from 2012.  Redeemed with hologram still attached (1AgfuCzv)
  • 1 Troy Oz .999 Fine Silver 10 Bitcoins Coin with gold plated B from 2012.  Redeemed with hologram still attached (1AgRqwYd)
  • 1 Gold Plated 25 Bitcoins Coin from 2011.  Kids used this as their "Gold Treasure" through the years so it's not beautiful like the prior 3 items. No hologram.
  • 5 Bitcoin Coin with "casacius" error on hologram from 2012.  Redeemed with hologram still (barely) attached.  (1NNFxr2H)  I just found this as I was getting ready to record the video above, so I haven't taken photos of it.  If anyone needs a still photo, I can take a couple.
  • 1 Bitcoin Coin with "casacius" error on hologram from 2011.  Redeemed with hologram still attached.  (1NstaPzz)  This was at the bottom of the change jar for years before I found it and immediately needed to redeem it to pay bills.  It is also not beautiful.

All items purchased in late 2011 and early 2012 from Mike Caldwell (Casascius).  I've been the only owner.

Photos below were taken on July 30th, 2017.  Everything has been kept in its own plastic bag or protective casing after photos were taken except for during the video.  Video was recorded last night.

I will record myself packing all these items and will keep a camera on the box the entire way to the post office until I hand the package to the postal worker at the counter.  Shipping will include insurance.  Once I have the tracking number, I will send it to you immediately and upload the uncut video for you to watch.  If you want to pick it up in Jacksonville, FL, I will record myself packing everything up, keep a camera on all of it and let you make sure everything is there before ending the recording.  I will upload the video as soon as I'm home.

If you require escrow, I'm open to using either minerjones or Blazed, as long as that's okay with them.

If the winning bid(s) for everything combined is under 2BTC, buyer(s) pays escrow fees. 2BTC to 2.5BTC, I will split 50/50. Above that, I will pay all fees and shipping.
USPS Priority Mail Express 1-Day Insured shipping is included for anyone in the US.  If using escrow, I will overnight it to the escrow agent the day the auction ends.  If bidding on individual items and your items are less than 0.2BTC, I will ship regular priority mail or you can pay shipping.
Fastest Insured International shipping up to $100 if buying everything and outside the US.  Anything above will have to be covered by buyer.  If your bid for your items is less than 1.7BTC, I will cover shipping up to 2% of your final bid.
