@Hennesyhemp, bitguy101's bid that came in at 10:00:XX (the one in question) is still a valid bid given I do not look at the seconds but the actual minute to determine times.

I've done this and explained this several times in the past including in the OP of this auction. Bitguy101 did win the auction given your bid came in minutes later after the 15 min rule extension.

Minimum bid will start at 0.01 BTC. Bidding will be done in 0.005 BTC increments. Shipping will be $30 for US and $50 for International bidders. This will be added to the winning bid after the auction.(ID will be required upon delivery for pickup) for both domestic U.S. and international customers. Bitcoin is the only accepted form of payment for this auction. Coins will be shipped out by January 19th, 2015 HST.

Pairs of coins come in 2-coin blue leatherettes along with clear airtight capsule. Addresses will be in BLACK font type. Coin #'s are random (if they are numbered).

BACKGROUND - The 10 LTC coins are part of a second batch of coins created in 2013. 10 LTC coins will start with a VANITY address prefix of "LTCX" and 5 LTC coins with start with "LTC5".

THESE COINS ARE REQUIRED TO BE PREFUNDED BY THE WINNER/BUYER.

THESE COINS ARE BUYER FUNDED. The winner will accept the risks involved with shipping funded coins through USPS registered mail. The coins will be valued at the price paid plus the litecoin that is loaded on to them (if they are pre-funded by the winner). Winner agrees to hold LEALANA, LLC. and myself innocent of any losses while in transit (in the small event the coin goes missing/stolen while in transit).

Any customs/VAT taxes or fees that are placed on the package while going through customs for international customers are the responsibility of the buyer/winner to pay.
