I currently am wanting to part with 3,000 FRC (freicoins) in exchange for LTC or BTC.

I understand I am a newbie poster and would hope we could use an escrow here with a known reputation. I am trustworthy on other forums and heat ware in addition to ebay having completed trades/sales/purchases without a hitch in the past and this is no different.
