It features,
Web wallet to deposit and withdraw funds
Has an investor's bankroll which can be invested in and accept bet against it by "apps".
Provably fair API that allow "apps" to bet against said bankroll.
Ability to support many "apps" without bankroll as all bets are against the main bankroll
