he just rugged my friend last week over a $25 ebay purchase, who risks a negative feedback over 25 bucks?

Personally would not bid on any auction put up by this guy. And not that I sell, but when/if I did, his bids are not valid.  He is a known shill/false bidder. If he wants to sell here, items should be shipped to MJ or other escrow to auction.  But personally, he shouldn't even be allowed to bid here.  I'd list the offenses he is more likely than not to do, but I don't want to give him any ideas.

Items received as promised.  As mentioned in earlier post; OP explained the situation and reason for delay.  After acknowledgment of winning bids, he followed through and delivered all items as promised.  I will retract negative feedback and have ZERO complaints about OP.

After several messages back and forth with pictures and explanation.  Given the total value of transaction, I felt comfortable enough to send a down payment with a little extra on entire auction for stirring up hornets nest.  I get that emergencies come up every now and then.  Shipment is on way and I will retract negative trust once received.  Sometimes you just got to have a little faith in people.  The pictures helped a lot to alleviate doubt.

Did you use escrow ?

I don’t know about Cardsmiths or EBay issues but wanted to report that iHODLwell has communicated with me regarding this auction and is in process of sending items as won per this auction. I’ll let everyone know if successful or not.

agree. shady, my friend purchased this coin off him on ebay back on the 12th and it still hasn't shown shipped yet and the seller who is also this guy pretty sure (because the pics are exactly the same as on the forum) he wont even reply to him ebay messages,  is it really worth a potential negative feed back on your ebay account for a $25 sale?

Everything you have done seems shady and eveyone feels the same way, so take that criticism and reflect upon yourself and realize that you are the common denominator and the way people feel is a reflection of whatever you are putting out there (shady or legitimate).

This lacks a lot of context. The actual discussion was for a buy/trade offer that ultimately fell through and CT is well aware of this. It is disingenuous to state otherwise and if I can be upfront, I find it distasteful that you would decide to leave out pertinent details. That said, I will follow through with this auction. I have no reason not to.

And I would like to address all of the ‘speculation’ and ‘evidence’ that has been shared in this auction about my reputation on Cardsmiths SubReddit. I encourage everyone to go ahead and look into why I was banned and all that came along with that. I am not a scammer, there is no evidence of this being the case. I have become notorious in the community for different supposed scams, price fixing, etc. most of which there is no evidence to support. I have had some dealings that some would consider distasteful, but I am flakey at best.

The reality is that most of my dealings are professional and courteous. There are plenty of people that know me for exactly this.

Just for reference, my name is Tony. My user names are usuall idoitwell, or iHODLwell.This stems froma 20 year sound production name TonyMixwell.

If anybody has any questions or wants to know more, please research, discern, learn And hopefully after this auction is complete, everyone can consider the outcome before jumping to conclusions. I had originally asked to buy 2 coins but he pm’d me told all were sold - I called it when I asked if it was CT (he did not confirm but CT mentioned it above, so looks like I was right) then he offered to sell to me - i was like um weren't they all sold? He said the price was barely melt value so an agreement ended up not being made. Sounded fishy to me - I declined buying direct or participating in the auction.

One cannot decline an offer after accepting it - should have verified the price was sufficient first before accepting. I won’t knowingly do business with those types - would be easy enough for them to take my sats and decide not enough was offered to ship or have them back out. I don’t care for those types.

Well it’s confirmed then that he uses alt accounts.  The eBay account associated with him is confirmed ihodlwell. (See earlier in thread where raghavsood noted that the items he had for auction were concurrently listed on eBay)

It appears he really likes referencing words like ‘well’ and ‘hold’ in his ID name.  Hmmm, I wonder if there are any new accounts registered with one of those words after the end of this auction.  😂

user name on ebay is idoitwell - I can't imagine he has good feedback but I have him blocked as a non paying bidder. Even worse, its a bid people up on your auction and then cancel the sale because he didn't want to win, he just wanted to make his cards for sale appear like a decent deal.

account should be flagged here as a scammer. he will not honor bids or auctions unless the price is what he wants it to be.

He sold me the whole lot of tokens a week or so ago and then backed out saying my offer was low. He then went on to auction them off on here and list them on ebay. My offer was 3x more than the winning bid on BT, so I doubt he will follow through with this auction. FYI

Good advise and I wasn’t going send anything to him until he at least confirmed win.  He either had an emergency in which case, I hope everything is ok OR he’s unsatisfied with the result and created an alt account with a similar handle.  It’s not a big deal to me but if someone does something like this over something so small, I take it as a cheap education on him and his alts character.

I’d advise always using escrow when buying from new members with no trust.

Opted for escrow with MJ and Hodl on copy.  He hasn’t confirmed win or even logged in since auction end.
