Just start it at zero. your only gonna get what your gonna get either way, and it gives people more "room" to bid, trust me... 
You've never steered me wrong before; Removed the minimum starting bid and minimum bid increment.
I wanted to extend the auction, but it feels like that's not in the spirit.
