Yes that is a valid bid.  No more than 3 numbers to the right of the decimal point.  So, if you were to bid .999 BTC that would be a valid bid.   .9999 would not be a valid bid.  Hope that makes sense.

These mugs were hand-made from clay that came from volcanic ash in Nicaragua.  The artisan who designed these pieces makes pottery for a living, in a small town one hour away from Granada, Nicaragua.  He made them in his workshop, which is in his house.
