If anyone edits their post after they post it will be note. Check minerjones original post you can see he edited at some point and it tells you when he made the edit. The winners post did not edit that post.

This is the general rule of thumb. However, if not mistaken, if someone edits their
post after a few seconds (from the time of posting), the "edit" mark does not appear.
