Better late than never, but I wanted to post a few photos of the coin. Glad to have it, and the kids love the glow in the dark. Really nice piece of work, tough to get a really good glow in the dark pic.

Holy fuck.... I never read any of this thread until today, as I knew it would be a clusterfuck of crazy, funny, and just idiocy.

How the fuck did MJ get involved here? Huh

Anyhow, too funny, you never cease to amaze me KY.... Keep it up, we need more of your comedy.... Roll Eyes

I noticed that there is at least one person that is still interested in purchasing one of these coins now that the auction has concluded. For anybody that would like to buy one of these coins, feel free to message me. I have more than a handful that I am willing to part with. I have the only non-numbered coin, and some cool numbers Tongue

Either way I will accept MJ's interpretation as they are his rules.

This is meant for KILLYOU72

Ummm....  really?  This is not my auction.... If the OP doesn't understand or can't follow other people's preset rules, why would they use it?

OR maybe before the auction even starts next time, message me and we can all have a sit down about how to "interpret" auction rules

Because my interpretation of the rules can be the wrong or different than someone elses or it can be written and explained so well there is only one answer. Just how people's interpretation of symbolism in books can be different. An example of that would be the green light in the great gatsby if u can recall my high school English class correctly.

This problem is solved by in the future by making my auctions having a hard end time. I gotta look back, I think this is the 3rd auction I've ever held here where the snipping rule came into affect

But I think I reached a consenses by either way steamy won based upon however you wanna read it.

please guys I'm sorry. Leave it to a noob to throw a wrench into a perfectly good running machine .    Congratulations 🎉 Steamtyme!
Thank you, and don't worry about it asking questions is fine. Sometimes things get blown out of proportion, that's why I prefer to just explain what I was thinking, answer any questions and work it out.

Nice auction all around, I'm stoked.

Yeah even if it stacks you are the winner. There's no way you can't be the winner.
You gotta wait till these are delivered to pay per the OP

Cool PM sent, as I may owe you now. Talk to you soon.

No worries, I figured there was a misunderstanding between the date and the time when I saw your first post, then edit. Just thought I'd wait it out. Good luck on the next one.

I hope there is a next one I really do like this coin!

I'm assuming the 5mins reset after each bid instead stacking . If they stacked Ramelius won already .

I copied these from MJ. let me ask him. dont wanna upset anyone

Okay that's fine.

The way I read it was that the Bid by Ramelius at 9:56:42 kicked in the snipe rule as it was in the last 10 minutes of the auction - extending the auction end time by 5 minutes to 10:05:00

My bid at 10:04:42, Then started a 5 minute end time which would have been 10:09:42.

With no other bid for more than 10 minutes - 10:15:31 - I figured the auction had ended at that point. I believe that bid was also done as they figured the auction ended at a time of 4:20 not the date.

Either way I will accept MJ's interpretation as they are his rules.

I got your PM Killyou72 and will square up once this is sorted, if I'm the winner.

I don't think it stacks tho. I think the way the rules are written as long as there are no new bids within 5 minutes than it ends. Cause the bid in the last 10  minutes extended it 5 minutes past the end time. Than that one more bid extends it another 5 minutes and there wasn't another bid in that time

Ive read the rule and re-read them But no matter how you interpret the rules you won Tongue

Sweet. That's what I was hoping to hear good sir. I'll admit I double checked a few times myself. I'll send you a PM before firing out payment just wanted to check on something. Can't wait to see this badboy. I also think you made the right choice in not reproducing this design, but a new design with similar texture and characteristics would be a great idea.

Look forward to seeing you guys at the next auction.

cause even if the auction was extended 5 minutes or 10 minuets there are still no new bids.

but it was only extended 5 minutes based upon my interpretation of the rules

I'm not positive I'll wait on Killyou73 Killyou72 to confirm but I believe my bid was the winning bid and auction ended at 10:09:42 - 5 minutes after my last bid. I'm just going based off the Snipe rule and my interpretation of it.

Sorry if I'm wrong

SNIPE: Any bid made on any lot in last 10 minutes will extend the auction 5 minutes beyond end time OR last bid until no new bids are made.

Killyou do you have a picture of the back of the coin?  The glow in the dark is a nice touch I have to say

Edit: on mobile; small screen I see the back now Smiley

.0012btc

Where do you put the holo?  It looks like it wont fit.

You put the holo on the front of the coin, where the little square is. I have never made any holograms nor have I tried to attach any to this coin. But do people really load this DIY coins they get?

However, if I was to make a hologram that would fit my 1/10th oz silver coins, perfectly. That size hologram would work over the black little square if memory serves me right.

I don't even own 1 of my silver tenths to check or I would  Shocked

I personally have way too many of these coins. I'm not even sure how I ended up with so many (and the only error coin in the batch). Otherwise, I would be bidding, but they are a really interesting coin. The rigid design and glowing in the dark are quite the touch.

I was wondering where all of these went too. You have more than me, I only have number 13 lol

I didn't realise you made these. I always thought they were an amazing looking coin.

I'll start at 0.0002 BTC

Awh thank you so much!

Quoted as the highest bid.

I would love to do another run of these but I don't think people would want to see the same exact coin with just the year changed.
