From the rarity of this coin and how challenging these are to find; this piece should be going for much more regardless of "face value".
Getting $416 for a coin that is of this rarity, quality and caliber is a massive understatement and shows the lack of market interest.
Either the forum lacks foot traffic, these pieces don't have general awareness, or people are simply not interested.
A quality pair of leather boots costs about $500. A hyper rare early LEALANA sold here doesn't get that.

You also have to understand, it's a down-market .. Hodl those LTC till next cycle and your golden, then they are also LT gains vs ST as well for the taxman...
Seems like people in general are less likely to bid or buy stuff when BTC is very low... I've been thru this cycle before a few times myself... It's frustrating, but if your are long term hodler, you can make it worth your while IMO.
I understand your disappointment, I have felt it often here myself, but it is what it is .. This also isn't a constantly watched forum for many people other than the same people who've been here forever etc...
