The private key was intact and good.
I assembled it back but the sticker is a little damaged.
I'm surprised it survived so long...

I redeemed LTC and LCC. Is there anything I can redeem?

BTW I'm taking offers for the redeemed coin.

$20 and a bag of chips

If they are Fried dill pickle chips, id take that offer.

Auction canceled.
I decided to redeem it and sell it peeled.

Probably your best way to go about it! Very unfortunate that first bits arent a thing with these coins. Let us know how it turns out!

Peel it before he logs in and sees he missed one  Cheesy

Side note: the history of this piece for physical collectors is always perplexing on how to price it.  Good luck with you sale, cant bid though as i believe everyone of these will see the same fate.

Wish starting bid was a bit lower though.

Please remove "still loaded" from the auction title, you're trying to sell a "still loaded" Coinographic coin that we know is from a compromised series.

Like AT said, if you care for the LTC peel it, otherwise accept you shouldn't get one penny for the loaded value.  It really doesn't matter how much interest you have, these coins still come from a COMPROMISED series and shouldn't be considered loaded any longer from a buyers perspective.

I disagree, some buyers are willing to pay to have this risk as an extreme rarity. Is it stupid.. yes. He just needs to find the right buyer. A little more information should have been included in the OP to suggest that by saying "unloaded" he actually means "swept and stolen by the coin creator".

I've seen the picture I assume you sent Mitchell, do these particular coins have the First Bits on the hologram? I would like to see a picture of the other side of the coin. I could forge a white slip of paper in about 5 seconds that would match the one in the top of the case. Thank you.

I will post a picture with the holo in less than 24h. I'm travelling right now.
Will take better pictures with my name and hologram with the firstbits.

Not trying to be disrespectful but these are still from a compromised series and I recommend peeling it.  A potential buyer would have to accept the risk they might not control the private key underneath the hologram as other users have found for these coins.

Perhaps starting bid too high given risk.

It is "stil loaded", why I would deny that? All the coins were redeemed in May 2016 AFAIK, so there are chances that this coin will remain loaded.
If nobody bids on it, then it means nobody assumes the risk involved.
But let's take a look back when LTC was 300$, the Con-O-graphic guy if had a chance to get 300$ for doing nothing, do you think this wouldn't happen?

I didn't want to start a big discussion regarding this coin. I mentioned the risks in the first post and already agreed with previous posts.
Let's see where this auction goes...

Yes AT101ET, you are right, both cases can be true.
I already placed a bet on case b auctioning it here. I could easily peel the holo and redeem it but I hope the priv key was lost and that this is a unique coin.
I do understand the risks involved here but I received a lot of interest regarding this coin.

The coin may still be funded but IMO it should nonetheless be considered as compromised.
Coinographic clearly kept copies of the keys and whilst this coin may still be funded, it could be a) due to Coinographic’s carelessness when importing the (stolen) keys or b) due to Mark actually losing this key.
The problem is that we can’t be sure whether it is in fact due to a/b and there is the possibility that this coin could get swiped at any time.
I think the best option would be to redeem it and then sell the peeled coin on to a collector (I know there are those who’d be interested) but I don’t see many people paying a premium for a loaded coin that could be redeemed by the creator at any point.
I could be mistaken but just thought I’d share my thoughts...

[Auction] Coinographic 1 LTC
This coin is still loaded by its creator and it is one of few that are still loaded.
All the other coins were unloaded as far as I know.
I won't post the public key as a protection for this but I will send a pic with the pubic key to the first bidder in order to confirm the coin is still loaded.

You are bidding for the loaded coin. If it gets unloaded by the end of the auction I will announce that and will cancel the auction.
In case you win the auction you agree to pay with the amount you bid regardless the coin remains loaded or swept and stolen by its creator.
You will get the coin with the hologram in place and untouched.
