Nah, they aren't from follow back websites. For transparency, here's how the followers were grown:
1. Scrape lists from followers of prominent btc/crypto related accounts like for example, @blockchain
Scrape for users from current trends on the btc niche, what people are currently talking about, and btc hashtags.
2. Filter acc to activity, etc. Follow them users.
3. Tweet about something they might be interested in, like news in the btc space or mottos or so.
4. They'll likely follow back. Those who didn't follow back would be unfollowed after X days.
5. Rinse and repeat. Build a network from the following and followers.

I'm moving away from affiliate marketing in this niche more towards trading, trading bots are much more profitable. From my experience, promoting gambling sites in Twitter was the least rewarding.

I have see you twitter account just have 74% audit score and there is too many fake followers. I think your twitter account will hard to join in any twitter campaign. Because every rule for twitter campaign account must have 80% audit score at least.
Sooner or later those fake followers will drop anyway. There are still 3k real.
