Tell us more about the painting. Is it acrylic or oil? Is it inspired by or linked to any person or event? Is this the first professional work of this artist or do they have an online/IRL gallery?
This acrylic artwork, created by me, mx12art, marks the beginning of a new series. It's the second piece of its kind where I have the option to load artwork via a Satodime card by Satochip. Similar to Opendime but with more features, it allows you to check the balance and if the card is sealed via NFC technology. The artwork tells a story - The Way to the Bitcoin. We embark on a journey, equipped with the Flower Key (the first painting "Satochip Revolution"), Satodime, exploring for treasures and unlocking chambers along the way.
Each of my artworks represents my memories. After my accident in 2015 and waking up from a coma with memory loss, I began to draw and sketch to express my feelings since I couldn't speak. Art became my memory, my journey, hence why I comment on my own art threads - to remember. It's interesting that I immediately combined art with Bitcoin after my accident because everything seemed to intertwine, the fight for physical and financial freedom. This artwork symbolizes the beginning of a new era, where art includes loadable Satodime, mirroring my journey towards financial freedom.
In the auction thread's conclusion, you'll find a link to my art thread where almost every artwork I've created so far is listed, over 50 artworks
Even if I one day forget everything or don't overcome my brain issues, my journey will be kept alive by the people here. Even after my passing, they will honor my last wish by hosting numerous free lotteries. And there are already nice items in this lottery bag
This may be lengthy, but it provides insight into who I am and why I'm a Bitcoin artist.
As for an IRL gallery, currently, there is no physical gallery space. Due to challenging times, I find myself theoretically on the street, without a main place to live. However, there is a vision for the future, one day, living in their own gallery. For now, the focus remains on creating with the resources available. Actively investing in private exhibitions, an upcoming one will take place in Hannover, Germany from 9th to 12th May. They plan to sleep under the clouds in a sleeping bag, adding a unique touch to the experience. Another exhibition is scheduled for London from 19th to 21st August.
Despite online purchases, I do strive to connect with people personally, ensuring each piece of art carries a real, tangible connection. (Inclusive handwritten letter)
