You do know CPC is click per cost, and if they are taking an average, that means they have data from his parked domain page. That doesn't factor into the cost of JUST THE DOMAIN. What do you not understand about that? ANY CPC is impossible even if it is on the keyword QCU, it doesn't factor into a domain cost. I feel like I giving a lecture on how to price domains.
Domain pricing 101 CPC and Keywords have no factor on the cost, they are impossible to calculate since the domain was parked, and I wanted just the domain.

gweedo, it doesn't matter how he proved it. You didn't say in the agreement that he had to use a SPECIFIC site. You said that if he proved it was worth $400, then you'll pay him. Simple as that.

Yes it was my mistake I should have said it has to be real site that knows how to domain pricing and can't be your ad, but I thought he would know that. Come on I have brought and sold hundreds of domains, this guy is obviously a con and I offered 1.7btcs at that time more then enough. Something is worth what people will pay for it, many domain names are given value because companies have IP or products with related name, wasn't there a story of Microsoft announcing the zune before buying the domain name- someone did it for them and charged them a nice price for the service

Exactly it could be worth that in the future but you can't sell based on that. Right now the domain is worth $50, based on a couple sites, which take into account the Alexa rank, SEO, Google ranking. So I am willing to buy it for 1.7 BTC which is more than the domain is worth. Unless you could prove it being worth the ~$300 - ~$750 price, I think 1.7BTC is more than enough for the domain.

Dude I been around a lot longer, and brought hundreds of domains, and trying to trick of someone is low in my books. So now my offer is 1.5btc for that little stunt. You know the domain isn't worth a lot, stop trying to force to be alot and let someone that has a great idea to keep it in the community with a great purpose for bitcoins. But, Sedo estimated the domain for 299 euros, as i said before, and yes, their appraisals are very trusted.
So as you can see, the domain was parked on SEDO.com, and you can see both prices, 750 eur and 299 eur

I provided enough proves for the price, and to prove i'm not a con-man or use weird tricks to scam people.
So think, if using those appaisal DOMAIN NAME websites, you are telling me that do low tricks, using the one you tell me
won't be the same, you are using "tricks" on me for under-sell my domain?

As you can see are too many factors that afects the domains price, not just age, and recent trafic.
I valuate my domain for these things:
Length: Three letters (qcu) (Very valuable)
Number of words: just 1.
Is very suitable for comercialization.
So the price of this domain will not be negociated under 10 BTC, so please do not offer anything below that.
I think I was polite, please if you will keep your word and buy the domain for 25 BTC we will be doing bussines, if not please, stop raiding my thread, maybe someone whant to buy it.

So I am willing to buy it for 1.7 BTC which is more than the domain is worth. Unless you could prove it being worth the ~$300 - ~$750 price, I think 1.7BTC is more than enough for the domain.

I see the auction starts at 10 BTC, and I would gladly pay 10 BTC or 25BTC if the domain was worth that. The domain is worth $50. No one is going to pay over $50 if you can't prove that it is worth that. So unless you an prove that then my offer of 1.7BTC is above that $50.
You prove it is worth that $300, I am paying 25BTC, I have it. That is double that $300, and all you have to do is show me is that domain is worth at least $300, within $50. So if you can prove it is $250 - $300 you got a buyer at double that price.
Otherwise I think 1.7BTC is very fair in your favor, and I would like to do this deal fairly quickly. Cause next week this offer could be off the table.

I can ensure you that this is mine, that's why i mentioned that we SHOULD use a escrow.
And when the DNS propagate will redirect to this exactly post.
And yes that's the price, if for you is a good value, the 3 letters and the (dot) co, it will be worthy.
