Yes - it is MtGox in general. Unfortunately they sometimes change their API and then we have to play catch up. The fix for it is already in the 'develop' branch and will appear in version 0.5.10 when it comes out.
For a little while now I've been unable to see the conversion rate for MtGox in my MultiBit client. I thought it was only a problem with the AUD rate, but apparently it's everything. Bitstamp works for USD.
