Skam, not even a desperate fool will fall for this. I'd be better off selling my coins than risking a "loan" from you. Feels like another Australian  atriz scam.

I have visited the Melbourne office 7 times. I've sold bullion, bought crypto and have several crypto loans with them. They are a professional service. I am happy to recommend them.

Thank you Robert, much appreciate it.

Hello,
Quote
I need a loan of $10000. How Can I get it from you ? or how can I apply for it?

Hi thanks for the post

1. For a $10,000 USD loan we need 2.19 Bitcoin or other major cryptos (we lend on 60% of the spot value) spot is $7,600 USD
our wallet address for receiving is 3M1mVxXUN4EFWnZ4UUP1j9mJ3TkcmAGniA
The interest will need to be paid once per month and its $210 (2.1%) also can be paid in crypto
2. We need a photo of your driver licence or passport.
3. We need your bank account details an currency you would like to receive.

We will then send you the sign contract and transfer the money same day.

Your crypto is stored in cold storage the whole time.

In this case where 1 BTC is @ $7,600 if price drops you would get a margin call if the LVR (Loan to Value Ratio) gets reduced to 85% being $5,372 and liquidation price if it gets to 95% which would be $4,806, we would liquidate in Bitstamp and give you the balance. Also we would give you screenshots of the price it got sold at and time.

So far though everyone has been lucky and no ones loan have been liquidated.

Its a lot easier if you email us or call us, find details bellow.

Kind regards,
Alex Blanco

Smells like a scam - don't use these guys unless a TRUSTED third party escrow holds all collateral.

Why does it smell like a scam?

1. Newbie account
2. Not willing to use a third party to hold collateral
3. Business has no past history in lending, probably a phone booth in rented space

etc...

This is what I do. I drink and I know things.

This is a question for you smart people that keep on talking about escrow: If the price dropped like that, and the coins are in escrow, how do we get the coins from the escrow guy??? what happens if it happens at 4:00AM their time and we cant get a hold of the escrow guy?

I would love to hear what those smart people have to say about escrow now?

Simple, collateral can be held by escrow in solid exchange with  Stop /Loss order,
because it's not done,  if it happens at 4:00AM most likely you also miss it Smiley

As he will miss it now, if i was a client and have funds to him and want to get them back at this moment.
So Op, i think that you answer your question all by yourself. Even if you have three offices as you say, you can't help me now do you?

I could not understand your post at all, can you write it again in English?

Thanks

Easy. If i was a client of you  and had my coins under your management/escrow and i want them back at the time that i wrote the previous message, you couldn't give them back to me as you will not be there/online. Even if you have three offices. English enough?

Smells like a scam - don't use these guys unless a TRUSTED third party escrow holds all collateral.

Also Escrow services don't work for this because of the following:

If a coin is wrt $10,000USD that means we lend the customer $6,000. If the price of BTC drops to $7,000 the customer gets a margin call. and if it drops to $6,500 and the customer hasn't topped up the account, then we have to place a sale position of his/her coins, whatever we sell for minus any interest owing we return.

its not make sense offering
people have 100% in wallet and give it for collateral to get 60% its so funny.
i had 1 btc giving to lender and i get 0.6 btc back Huh? kinda i donate 0.4 btc to lender

Let me explain, for example you have 1 btc in your account and you want to sell it but bitcoin price is very low 8.5k USD now. If you sell your 1 btc at this rate that's fine instead of 60% you got 100%, but if after few days btc price goes upto 25k USD then you will regret cause price increased by 300%. If you want your 1 BTC back you will have to spend 25k USD + Fee now.

If you take a loan from them, you will get 5.1k USD from them instead of 8.5k USD, but if bitcoin price get to 25k USD you can still give them 5.1k+Interest and get you btc back.

And about Trusting them, I noticed a topic in stake forum by Edward (Owner of Primedice & Stake), He recommended their service in that topic. As, primedice and stake both are running with very good reputation in market for a very long time, i think it have some value. Here is the link: https://forum.stake.com/topic/6754-large-loans-available-collateral-needed/

escrow is a joke the cheapest is 2%! thats how much we charge per month, its NOT financially viable.

Where you saw it? Most escrow service charge max 1%, and is also free: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-bitcointalks-escrow-providers-ranking-blacklist-avoid-scam-276897

Why are you on our back? cause we are way cheaper than you??

... you should be complaining to all the people here charging 0.5% a day! or another guy charging 11% per week!!!
How come you don't give them shit? are they your mates or something? Not very fair from you is it?

The coins from loans get stored in cold storage

Probably you made the wrong conclusions, saw the small lender deals, who "play" with pennies,  big loans are given at similar rates as yours..

so what problem sign with those cold storage?

Hi Zazarb, I just saw your post:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/zazarbs-quick-loans-escrow-1161170

I see we are one of your competitors, we are the new kids on the block. You'll get used to us, some questions are good and some are off topic or just people have too much time in their hands.

I spent a lot of time reading other competitors and correct me if I am wrong but NO ONE here has a proper office, not even an address, WE HAVE THREE PROPER OFFICES! but that's ok, people can run however they want to run their operations. Also I didn't see anyone putting their office numbers???

GUYS we are getting off topic here, this post is for people that can use the service. I appreciated the community looking after each other, but look at the whole picture check our website first call us and so on. We are not some guy working from who know where.

Those coins are in cold storage and are not ours! They are from the people that have loans... My actual account its with Bitstamp which I uploaded in that photo and 3 wallets also show in the photo. VERY CLEAR!

We lend in MONEY not in Crypto, we do Telegraphic transfers anywhere in the world of money, in USD, EUR, AUD and other major currencies. We only hold Crypto for our day to day buying and selling via our offices. I am not advertising that here.

Thanks you

You completely got your address search wrong! I don't see an apology anywhere? what else do you get wrong all the time?

I don't think you have read the info, WE HAVE THREE OFFICES IN AUSTRALIA, not in Ghana or not a PO Box, escrow is a joke the cheapest is 2%! thats how much we charge per month, its NOT financially viable.

...

Why are you on our back? cause we are way cheaper than you??

We are known here in Australia, we are not going to run a way with coins and close down 3 shops, you should be complaining to all the people here charging 0.5% a day! or another guy charging 11% per week!!!

How come you don't give them shit? are they your mates or something? Not very fair from you is it?

My personal WhatsApp is +61423677993 anyone is welcome to do a video call at any time and I show you our Melbourne office! (10am-6pm AUS time) and if you want to see the Adelaide or Sydney I'll give you the WhatsApps from the managers there!

....

Now let me ask you! are you actually after a loan?? It doesn't seem like it. it seems like you are just a smart ass. This forum is amazing but some people here need to get a job.

...come and meet me in our office in Melbourne 1102/227 Collins St Melbourne. Till then, mind your own business...

Not sure why you would expect an apology.
A random stranger comes on the forum and claims to be running a lending shop, all well & fine. They expect to be entrusted with thousands of dollars worth of assets, yet when asked for the proof of their legitimacy, they respond with lines like, mind your business, we are not going to run away, we're from Australia and that automatically makes us better human beings than people from Ghana. As if Australians are beings made of pure gold that can never run a scammy operation.

Stop getting pissed at the natural vetting process here in this forum. If you want to do business, stop acting like a teenage cow that's ready to explode at the slightest degree of prodding. And most importantly, consider redacting your racist & bigoted comment about people in Ghana.
Unless you fix your attitude, trust me, forget $500k, people won't trust you with $500.

Honestly that doesnt exactly prove you own the address but if you expect to use any crypto as collateral, it may be best to use an escrow here than to rely on you, especially since youre new, and someone could send crypto to you and you could easily run away with it, or another worse case is that the coins somehow disappear since youre using an exchange vs hw wallet or cold storage and your account could get "hacked". So people here may be more comfortable using an escrow here that is trustworthy.

And no, we don't keep those coins in an exchange, Those coins you saw in our Bitstamp account is our own stock that we use for buying and selling. The coins from loans get stored in Cold storage and when the LVR is too high we offer one more option which is Itbit.com (we do not recommend it though). However Itbit.com in my opinion has the best I've seen security wise. But not practical for day to day as the withdrawals are done manually and take hours as they check them one by one.

Now let me ask you! are you actually after a loan?? It doesn't seem like it. it seems like you are just a smart ass. This forum is amazing but some people here need to get a job.

How come you're so cheap ? and what coins are you accepting ?

Thanks

We are cheap because we use our own funds.
We currently have a huge amount of funds available and since we are new in the space we have to be competitive to attract customers Smiley Furthermore we make much less if the funds simply sit in the bank.

We have been lending here in Australia for the last 6 years against gold and silver bullion through our other company. We own a local exchange that does Bullion and cryptos. Now due to demand we started lending to our clients using their crypto.

We lend on all major coins but prefer:
Bitcoin
Ethereum
Litecoin
Ripple
Bitcoin Cash
Dash
Monero
Contact us if you are unsure about your coin.

You own a local exchange? Even though I dont live in AU, could you post the name of this exchange?

Interesting.  Your one Adelaide office was on the market as just a few weeks ago.  Have you had any past business? If so you should be able to sign multiple addresses with previous significant balances right?
