Yes, but, the eyes are all wrong.
In America, you can be found guilty of something that government has made illegal. But if nobody accuses you of hurting anyone, you can simply claim that you are not part of the governmental system. Do this in the right way, and government will leave you alone. Why is this?
Government people are recognized as people in America. They don't have to work for government. Because of this, they have taken on the job of hurting a fellow American simply by being a government official, judge, attorney. When you hurt or attempt to hurt your fellow man/woman in America, it is a punishable crime.
The problem is that most Americans don't realize this. If they did, the prisons would be empty, or filled with attorneys and judges instead.
It isn't like this in Austria. In Austria government rules, almost like a dictatorship. So, they can get away with this legally in Austria.
