Maybe a scam / stolen goods sale after all.

I think that's the correct sentence Jimako... Wink

And it doesn't make sense though, official Nike stores all over the world are doing sales 10% to as high as 50% off. So why would I try someone here, specially a newbies, plus the shipping fees are going to be very high.

So thanks but no thanks, everyone shouldn't be caught by this so called sales or price-off. So can get better deal in your local Nike stores.

Only newbie here, but the OP isn't online since Aug 27th. He doesn't seem to want to continue his business here.

Is shipping worldwide possible? Does fees are covered within?

I dont think we will get any replies from this seller...

Or has anyone done business with him?

Unless the OP can explain how this is not theft I will assume it is.

I bet that he can't, that's why he is not replying...

There is NO WAY to justify what the OP is doing.... they would not have said anything about "getting caught" if they were no stealing the items.

I'm not justifying anything, I share my personal knowledge and experience for this matter. Nothing more, nothing less. You are right though about the "getting caught" phrase, it shows that OP gets them before they even arrive in the destruction point...

If saving 20% with all the risk involved here is that important to you.... maybe you shouldn't be spending money on the shoes in the first place. Wink

I think you get me wrong but nevermind and sorry, but I spend a lot more on shoes than a $200 Nike pair. Besides, I can't walk barefoot! Grin
Btw getting a replica it costs a lot less than OP's 20% "discount...

It's theft.... plain and simple!

You will be buying stolen goods, period!

Quoting the OP in to monitor changes to this SCAM:

I never used BTC, had a friend help set this up for me. I hope this is the right website, and right place. lol

If you take the "damaged" product before it reaches the destruction point, then yes it can consider as a theft. If you though take it when it is in the destruction point, then it's not (that's why the destruction point is not known from others). When I was working as an executive of a large multi-company, we send products for destruction and it was a common "secret"  that employees get to this point and take whatever they want. The company won't care for this as long as the employees didn't take them before they reach the destruction point. That's why I said that it can be done. Smiley

Legalities aside, yes, I can imagine some hypothetical scenarios where that's tolerable or even good for the business if some employees take some products for their own personal use - less stuff to destroy, less waste to dispose of etc. But I can't imagine a scenario where the OP's side hustle is acceptable to Nike as it cuts into their own sales and puts defective product into the market.

Unless the OP can explain how this is not theft I will assume it is.

Doesn't sound like that to me. It's Nike property that the OP seems to be smuggling out of their workplace and selling on the side, no different from any other workplace theft regardless of what Nike was planning to do with that product.

Unless there's a bin in that warehouse labelled "take one pair home" but I very much doubt it, even if the mythical warehouse that damages 7 pairs of shoes a week exists at all.

Lol, I'm sure that this bin doesn't exist in any place but it's not mythical that companies have flaws in products (from a frayed cable of a refrigerator to a wrong thread in a shoe) and they withdraw them or selling them at a very low price (informing customers that these products have flaws). I'm sure that they destroy more than 7 pairs per week but that's not the point here. The point is that OP can take 7 pairs per week from there, as he claims!

As OP said (if he is telling the truth), these products are ready for withdrawal/ destruction thus not stolen.

This is either purchase of stolen goods / hiring someone to steal, or a straight up scam. How much are those shoes, $300? $400? Really worth it for $60-80 "savings"?

As OP said (if he is telling the truth), these products are ready for withdrawal/ destruction thus not stolen. A lot of companies, if not all, do the same thing and for sure there will be employees that "grab" the chance and get some of these "damaged" products to sell them or use them for their own.

How much are those shoes, $300? $400? Really worth it for $60-80 "savings"?

Some shoes worth that much, even more, so why not save as much as you can?

I just saw this thread and I'm also interested. It seems though that OP either forgot to look out his thread or he is not "serious"/ legit...
@OP: Anyways, if this offer still stands let us know.

P.S: It will also be great to inform us if you can ship internationally.
