I want a service which will watch my daily uss wallet.
And when i spend btc. It also has access to the buy api key of my exchange and will use the exchanges fiat balance to rebuy the btc i spent.
Ensuring the nunber of btc i own is always the same.
But lets me spend it?

Well,too many confusions right here.You mean you have a watch only wallet on a third party site ? Dissolves the point of a "watch only wallet".Why not just keep the balance in your trading account instead ? Sorry I'm having troubles to understand the second part."Exchange Fiat Balance" ?
