How much value would you see in a Bitcoin trading bot that works on your behalf and maximizes gains while minimizing losses?  You simply feed the bot money and it gains off of the performance of bitcoin.  The bot doesn't require you to download any software, and its performance history is accessible to interested investors to determine the risk of their investment. It seems like a fantastic idea for those who are following bitcoin in the media and simply "want in" but aren't educated on exactly how bitcoin works.

My partner, Emmet, is a programmer who created the bot and has made over $40k in the last few months. I had less money to invest and could only afford to put in $200 right before the price skyrocketed toward $500. I'm currently at just over $1,000 and plan to invest a portion of each paycheck to the bot.

The initial plan was for Emmet to invest in bitcoin and keep the bot primarily for friends and family.  He introduced it to me, and I was immediately intrigued. While he looked at the bot as a means for friends and family to invest in bitcoin, I looked at the bot as a product that's value could skyrocket once bitcoin actually becomes mainstream. My first question when I watched his bitcoin wallet grow exponentially was, are you actually beating the market or are you simply seeing gains as the value of bitcoin continues to rise? Obviously this is a key factor in whether or not it makes sense to use the bot, rather than just purchasing bitcoins from coinbase and sitting on them.  He stated that he designed the bot to beat the market but he can not predict what the market does. So in his case, yes, the bot has beaten the market, but its impossible for him to guarantee that this will always be the case.

So what I gather from Emmet's response is while the bot can't guarantee that it will beat the market, it will most certainly perform significantly better than an inexperienced trader who again, simply "wants in" on the bitcoin hysteria. There is no such thing as an effective get rich quick scheme, and my intent isn't to market this as anything of the sort.  I simply want to provide a service that will enable people to invest in bitcoin with the assistance of a trading bot that is designed to beat the market.

My purpose for posting here is to speak to seasoned Bitcoin enthusiasts who might be able to point me in the right direction and provide insight on what concerns or questions I may encounter.  Emmet recently created a website that educates potential investors on exactly how the bot works. I have a few investors from various backgrounds that have expressed interest in bitcoin and are waiting for the final product to roll out.  But before we actually launch the website and begin officially marketing, I'd really appreciate any feedback from some of the forum members here.  I've read several posts and learned quite a bit here, and I know my knowledge of bitcoin pales in comparison to some of the folks on this board.  Any feedback positive or negative would be greatly appreciated!
